Warner Bros. Pictures’ and Legendary Pictures’ "The Dark Knight Rises" is the epic conclusion to filmmaker Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy. The screenplay is written by Christopher Nolan and Jonathan Nolan, story by Christopher Nolan & David S. Goyer. The film is produced by Emma Thomas, Christopher Nolan and Charles Roven, who previously teamed on “Batman Begins” and the record-breaking blockbuster "The Dark Knight." The executive producers are Benjamin Melniker, Michael E. Uslan, Kevin De La Noy and Thomas Tull, with Jordan Goldberg serving as co-producer. The film is based upon characters appearing in comic books published by DC Comics. Batman was created by Bob Kane.

The Dark Knight Rises is scheduled to hit cinemas July 20th, 2012, and will feature an all-star cast that includes Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman Marion Cottilard, Anne Hathaway, Josh Pence, Tom Hardy, Morgan Freeman & Jospeh Gordon Levitt.

Gman20, dude I sooo hope you're right, cause I'm enraged at the thought of it. I'm hard on the Nolanites, but I love Batman and I really don't want to see it go that route. Huge injustice to one of the greatest comic characters ever, and I am one of the most lenient fans you'll see when it comes to fudging source material.

@Ghostfire Las traducciones no siempre se hacen al pie de la letra. Algunas traducciones no tendrían sentido. Porque no tiene tanto sentido decir El caballero oscuro.. de hecho es un hombre blanco que viste de negro. Se entendería mejor "El caballero que viste de negro".. así que tiene sentido decir el caballero de la noche haciendo referencia a la oscuridad. No busques las cinco patas al gato.
De hecho, la traducción para España es diferente: "El caballero oscuro: La leyenda renace". Cuando se traduce, se toma en cuenta a qué público va dirigido y que tenga sentido para cada comunidad.

I know bud. Siempre me facinan las traducciones. Yo lo se que tienen que traducir el titulo bien o si no suena mal. Pero a veces, yo pienso que pueden dejar el titulo como esta, por ejemplo, en ingles. Todo el mundo sabe quien es, pero como dices tienen que tener sentido ala comunidad.

Y otra cosa, no sabia que hablas espanol. Me da gusto saber que hay otros que lo hablan.

Read the "story" outline on imdb, written ostensibly by a disgruntled set worker on TDKR because Nolan was a "douchebag" to him. What a load of utter [frick]ing drivel! Reads like a retarded prepubescent teenager wrote it while high/drunk. Worth a laugh or two at the blatant ineptitude of the scooper lol.

Yeah, it's definitely fake. Why he would waste his time into it is beyond me. Set pictures show Bane is a defeated position during the climatic City Hall riot. In fact, Bane isn't present during the HEMTT chase. And the police disable Bane's army and cheer at the sight of The Bat.

GiantNerd, I agree somewhat, all but 1 of those things I could either shrug my shoulders at or actually really like. A lot of the Bane stuff sounds spectacular, but that one thing... that one thing man, it'll kill the whole trilogy for me. And I really hope you guys are right and that this is one of the many occasions in which imdb is full of shit... but an old saying keeps popping in my head, "Even a blind squirrel gets a nut from time to time."
