Mattel Confirm Minor Details And Reveal Date Of THE DARK KNIGHT RISES Action Figures

Answering fan questions, Mattel has revealed when the first details (and possibly images) of The Dark Knight Rises action figures will be revealed as well as confirming the sizes that they will be available in.

Spotted by our friends over at Cosmic Book News, Mattel has answered five fan questions over at Action Figure Insider, one of which was in relation to the toy line for The Dark Knight Rises. There's not a lot to go here, but it at least gives fans an indication as to when they'll get their first glimpse at the action figures they'll be able to buy next Summer.

You will see some information released starting with NY Toy Fair. There’ll be Movie Masters in 6″ and 3.75″ regular figures.

Um, here's hoping the regular figures are just the same good with The Dark Knight's and not as crappy as Green Lantern's...I mean I still am going to get the Movie Masters series (which has a potential to NOT suck as usual), but I still need to complete my Batman regular figures collection.
