Well, this is a surprise! Marvel's The Avengers was met with unanimous praise from critics and fans alike, but it appears as if The Dark Knight Rises still came out on top for you guys despite the slightly mixed reaction from some. Both films were absolutely incredible in their own way, although Christopher Nolan's epic finale to The Dark Knight Trilogy is definitely the better film (just!) in my opinion. Does that really make Warner Bros. the better studio though? Well, that's what you decide, although it's hard to agree with that considering what Marvel Studios achieved this year by finally bringing Earth's Mightiest Heroes to the big screen. It's also worth noting that there was little love shown for Sony Pictures' Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance and The Amazing Spider-Man!
