To put that into perspective, the teaser trailer had a running time of one minute and twenty-eight seconds, and the first full-length trailer was two minutes and four seconds. So, we are only getting a slight bump in run-time. I just hope that all of that two minutes is never-before-seen footage.

Here is another piece of info that some Batman fans might like, concerning the budget.
Studios are traditionally coy about discussing movie budgets. So there is some dispute about which title cost the most. One person familiar with the "Dark Knight" budget but not authorized to speak publicly said the film cost between $250 million and $300 million. Another said it was closer to $225 million. - L.A. Times

The Dark Knight Rises hits theaters July 20th 2012 and stars Christian Bale as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Michael Caine as Alfred Pennyworth, Gary Oldman as Jim Gordon, Tom Hardy as Bane, Anne Hathaway as Selina Kyle, Joseph Gordon-Levitt as John Blake and Marion Cotillard as Miranda Tate.

Well, I for one am glad I know the run time! lol, talk about harshness. I am a DC fanboy, but not FANBOY, so I am so excited that in only a span of 5 months we get both Avengers and TDKR! 2012 is the best year for CBMs to dat imo.

With all the avengers hype lately, WB will release a trailer with that amount of time?

WB is not promoting this movie enough

@Lucaxmen how is WB failing when Nolan's last two films(The Dark Knight and Inception) had final trailers in front of Marvel Studios films and they turned out alright critically and financially.

Everyone one knows Batman will be successful, but after Batman, there is absolutely no guaranteed success for DC.

As long as there is new shots of Bane and Batman beating the living sh!t out of each other, I'll be fine.

@antonio the marketing is failing so far, I remember TDK had better trailers, which got me more pumped. I can't wait to see the trailer, but WB is doing a bad move with this amount of time on the (possible) final trailer for the movie.

I see the timeline to trailer #3 going like this:

4/30-Poster
5/1-Description(s)
5/2/3-Bootlegs
5/4-Debut in front of Avengers
5/7-Released in HD

@Lucaxmen if there is one film WB is "failing" at promoting, it's Dark Shadows. 9 Clips in one day, are you kidding me?
