Amy Adams Teases A Funny "Bat-Suit Moment" In BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DOJ
Wait a minute - what about that no jokes policy? It seems Zack Snyder's Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice won't be all doom and gloom, as star Amy Adams mentions a humorous scene between her character, Lois Lane, and the titular DC heavyweights...
During a guest spot on Hollywood Masters interview series at Loyola Marymount University’s School of Film & TV in Los Angeles, Oscar winning actress Amy Adams was quizzed about her upcoming appearance as Lois Lane in Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice. Obviously she couldn't divulge anything too specific, but when asked to speak about her favourite moment in the movie, she was a little more forthcoming.
"I haven't seen anything of it, except what everybody's seen. They’re kind of hard “They're over the course of six months, so it's a lot of time dedication, but really, really fun. I can't give too much away, but I'm coming into a scene and Batman and Superman are both in the scene, so I can say that. And it was just fun. Because they had been working together for a couple weeks and just running it, seeing this dynamic. I'll talk about this when we're promoting the movie and we can tell more. But there were definitely funny moments involving bat-suits and such."
There's a perception among many fans that WB's DC movies tend to be a bit too serious and humourless, so it's nice to know there will be some levity in this, anyway. Not sure what we can expect from the scene in question - Supes taking a turn in Batman's costume, perhaps?
Watch out for it when Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice hits theaters on March 25, 2016. The movie also stars Jessie Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, Jeremy Irons as Alfred, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, and many more.
