BATMAN V SUPERMAN: More Possible Plot Details Leak

Geek Tyrant have posted a new Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice report containing details from an extra who apparently worked on the movie for 10 days. They provide an idea of the time-frame the film is set, claiming that things kick off either during or just after Superman's battle with Zod. Also, we could see Batman break into Lexcorp to get his hands on some kryptonite -- which would make sense if he's planning on going toe-to-toe with Supes a la The Dark Knight Returns. There's more too, so here's the report in full:

"According to the extra, the ending of the film has already been filmed. One of the scenes shot featured Batman breaking into Lexcorp to steal kryptonite, and apparently Lexcorp had somehow gotten ahold of General Zod's body. He went on to talk about the timeframe of the movie and where it picks up, saying that it starts "as the battle between Superman and General Zod ends or is ending (which would explain all the damaged buildings and vehicles we've been seeing in photos) and Batman/Bruce Wayne is attempting to make his way to the Wayne tower in Metropolis.""

Obviously we've no way of confirming if any of this is accurate, but if it does turn out to be on the level I can't see too many fans having a problem with it. Let us know what you think in the usual place.

LOLOLOLOL an extra would *NOT* have such information. Extras don't get told what the scene is (especially in such a secretive production) they just get told what the [frick] to do. Which is usually walk, run or stare in that direction.

Shit article, crap fake info. Burn it with fire!

I predicted that those scenes took place during the end of Man of Steel from Bruce Wayne's perspective.

So are they ignoring Clark working at the DP and all?

Actually extras can be privy to much more than that. I had one feed me plenty of info from the set of TASM 2 which turned out to be on the level. Stuff about the Goblin, Harry, Electro etc..even some leaked pics.

This sounds great! I wonder if Lexcorp use Zod's corpse to create a clone of Kryptonian. Bizzaro? Yes!

That would make sense that the movie starts at the closing of Man of Steel. I also so hope that when Justice League comes out J'onn the Martian Manhunter will be in the movie. I recently have been watching Smallville and can only imagine how much cooler a live action movie could make him.

Interesting. So Batman was in Metropolis at the time of MOS? But how does Kryptonite play in? MOS didn't mention it...

Very opportune for these plot details to have "leaked", following what was filmed between Friday and Saturday . . .

Honestly hoping that Kryptonite doesn't play in too much for the first few films. Superman should be shown as an almost unstoppable force, only for it to be revealed, even he has a weakness eventually.

@Desrow

It's not Variety's fault that dumb websites are taking a two month old article and reporting on it today.

This actually sounds plausible. But i knew for sure that the set pics recently take place in Bruce's perspective during the invasion.

You ever gotten bored and just browsed Netflix for the f*ck of it? I'm talkin', like.. pissing away an entire hour or somethin' just looking for the shittiest, most out there movies you can find?

There's a movie about a sentient f*cking tire here. It's got a name, too.. Robert.

.....

The tire's name is "Robert". So, to be clear- we've got a sentient, killer psychic tire.

Oh, I didn't mention the clairvoyance before, did I? Yep. Psychic. There a lawyer in the house? I think somebody's stolen my f*cking idea for a movie.

I half expected to see the f*cking Brazzers logo in the lower right corner.

I wanna know how they are going to explain Kryptonite. They managed to go into excessive amounts of detail to describe every little thing from Krypton in the last movie, so there will probably be a long and boring origin for Kryptonite.

@superotherside any mineral mutated in the Terraformation of the Earth, both in Metropolis and the Indian Ocean, would have Krypton-like properties, making Superman weaker in its proximity. That's just my take, but from what Man of Steel showed in terms of how Clark gets depowered, that's not a large stretch to take.
sKeemAn
sKeemAn - 8/12/2014, 11:47 AM
No kryptonite.... Then this movie shouldn't be called Batman versus Superman.

How do you not want Kryptonite? Givin Superman's strength shown in the first one... He has to get de-powered somehow.
