While some reports have deemed Rehan Jalali as Affleck's personal trainer to help gain some muscle for the role of the Dark Knight in the anticipated Batman V Superman movie out in 2016, The Hollywood Reporter has posted an article saying that Ben has been training with a group of Boston trainers from the Institute of Performing Fitness with his main trainer being Walter Norton Jr., while one other trainer in particular is Jamie Damon, one of the first cousins of his best friend Matt Damon. THR reports that they have been helping him gain some mass in L.A and on the set of filming itself.
