Details On Aquaman's "Surfer" Look In BATMAN v SUPERMAN And MAN OF STEEL Link

A new report features details on Aquaman's appearance in Zack Snyder's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice as well as how we may have sort of already met the character (who it's widely believed will be played by Jason Momoa) in Man of Steel last year. Check it out!

The guys over at Schmoes Know have a very interesting Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice scoop in regards to both his appearance and how he may be introduced in the 2016 movie. According to the site, "he’s going to look like a surfer essentially with tribal tattoos and all that jazz," and this is actually something which makes a lot of sense considering the fact that Jason Momoa will play the character. It also sounds pretty simlar to how the character looked in the early days of "The New 52" when we saw how the Justice League were assembled when Darkseid attacked Earth.

It has been rumoured in the past that Aquaman will want a piece of Superman when he makes an appearance in Batman v Superman because of the damaged caused to the Indian Ocean by General Zod's World Engine in Man of Steel. They don't confirm this, but they do reveal that the whales which we saw above Clark Kent when he fell into the ocean after saving the men on that oil rig WERE sent by Aquaman! Apparently, "Aquaman sent the whales to save Supes and make sure he was okay, which makes sense considering we never actually see how Supes gets back to shore in the film. He sees the whales and then it cuts to him walking on land, which could mean they were saving the swim back for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice." So, if that is indeed the case, Superman may have already met Aquaman, just off camera. That, or the fact that he helped him will be revealed. Either way, it should be interesting to see how this is addressed.

I think he's trying to say how fans are not complaining about Aquaman having black hair, but complain about a black Human Torch even though there's no telling of what Aquaman's hair will be like.

That would make sense, and aquaman didn't need to know who clark was he saw somebody who needed help and probably saw his strength. maybe aquaman caused it but didn't mean for others to get hurt.

I agree that it does kinda seem that they are trying to shoehorn this into the plot, but at the same time i dont get why he would need a reason to save Supes. Hes a superhero/good guy, they save people they dont know all the time....what does him not knowing him really have to do with anything?

Zack snyder did say superman was gonna be the first superhero to come into the world. batman maybe just a myth in BVS and then superman says "your real" .

I could get on board with that but I hope Arthur isn't some shirtless goon. You have Michael Wilkinson as your costume designer, give him a damn costume.

And how the color of someone's hair is vastly different than the color of someone's skin. That's like comparing apples to burgers.

Yes, it really is.

@kevberg

Aquaman's jurisdiction spreads throughout all bodies of water on Earth. Clark was deeply exposed to water during the Oil Rig scene. Did you forget or?
