Shocking! Ben Affleck Says BATMAN v SUPERMAN Script Is "Really Smart"
The New York Times recently chatted with Ben Affleck ("Chasing Amy") and was able to squeeze out a few responses from him about his upcoming film, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
Director David Fincher ("Girl With The Dragon Tattoo") has a new movie coming out fairly soon, Gone Girl. It stars Ben Affleck ("Argo"), and he is beginning to do some press for it. Recently, the New York Times chatted with the Affleck and got him to yap a bit about Zack Snyder's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. He describes Chris Terrio's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice script as "really unique to the genre and really smart." And despite fans initially criticizing Warner Bros. for choosing Affleck to be the next Bruce Wayne/Batman the actor says he is "having a blast" on set.
BATMAN v SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE - Zack Snyder will direct. It's written by Chris Terrio, from a screenplay by David S. Goyer. The film stars: Henry Cavill as Superman/Clark Kent and Ben Affleck as Batman/Bruce Wayne. The cast also includes: Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, Diane Lane as Ma Kent, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Ray Fisher as Cyborg and Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman/Diana Prince. Will arrive in theaters March 25th, 2016.
