Black Widow is very nearly upon us, and whether you choose to watch it on the big or small screen, seeing Natasha Romanoff's story play out in a feature film promises to be a blast. Marvel Studios' Disney+ TV shows have certainly helped fill the void (and have all been excellent thus far), but nothing can compare to a movie, as we're sure you'll agree.

There's heaps of action-packed footage to be found here, including a massive avalanche that's about to engulf Red Guardian as he waits to be rescued by Natasha and Florence Pugh's Yelena Belova. We also see a little more of Taskmaster, and while big chunks of the movie are being kept under wraps, these latest sneak peeks offer up a solid idea of the scale of this solo adventure.

The review embargo for Black Widow lifts TOMORROW at 9am PT, so you'll want to check back here for our verdict then. In the meantime, you can watch these latest promos for the movie below!

"In Marvel Studios' Black Widow, Natasha Romanoff aka Black Widow confronts the darker parts of her ledger when a dangerous conspiracy with ties to her past arises," reads the movie's synopsis. "Pursued by a force that will stop at nothing to bring her down, Natasha must deal with her history as a spy and the broken relationships left in her wake long before she became an Avenger."

In the movie, Scarlett Johansson reprises her role as Natasha/Black Widow, Florence Pugh stars as Yelena, David Harbour portrays Alexei/The Red Guardian, and Rachel Weisz is Melina. Black Widow is directed by Cate Shortland and produced by Kevin Feige; Black Widow - the first big screen story in Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe - arrives on July 9th both in theaters and on Disney+.

If the Taskmaster suit, and not the person inside it, that learns the fight pattern of opponents, then it’s only a matter of time before it can become more or less automatized, as we’ve seen in a few scenes with Iron-Man. I’m not sure if I’m excited about that.

But I am excited about the fact that there’s less than twenty-four hours till reviews drop.

Rachel Weisz's character Melina is going to be revealed as Taskmaster, right? I haven't seen any scenes with the 2 of them together, and there are at least 2 lines in the movie referring to Taskmaster in masculine terms. Classic fake out, right?

Otherwise, who else would be playing a (hopefully) major villain in the MCU going forward? Or better question, why hire an Oscar winning actress for a (seemingly) small role if she's not the villain? Or even better question, if not her, who is playing Taskmaster, because it's a) not going to be a no-name and, b) going to be revealed under the laws of action movie trailers (if you ask about someone's identity in the trailer, its going to get revealed in the movie).
