Black Adam starts rolling into theaters tomorrow evening, and it's apparent from the reviews that this is a film everyone will have an opinion about.

Dwayne Johnson hopes the potential blockbuster will usher in a new era for the DC Extended Universe, and was instrumental in some decisions that look to have a massive impact on where things go from here. He's going all in on this franchise, though only time - and those all-important box office numbers - are going to show whether that was the right decision.

As is often the case with superhero films, there's something extra after Black Adam's credits, but how many post-credits scenes should you be on the lookout for and what happens?

We know there have been some leaks lately, but you'll find a full, in-depth breakdown here with the scoop on everything. Major SPOILERS follow, and we don't want to inadvertently spoil the surprise, so you'll need to click that NEXT button in order to get the answer to the question above and to find details on a huge return...

How Many Post-Credits Scenes Does Black Adam Have?

Black Adam has only one post-credits scene, and it comes right in the middle of them.

There is no second stinger, making it unclear what Warner Bros. originally had planned for this last-minute tease. Johnson has revealed in recent interviews that the scene we will see in theaters was shot last month, so it's possible another hero was used in the place of...well, that would be a spoiler.

Lucky for you, we have a full, in-depth breakdown of what happens on the next page!

What Happens In The Mid-Credits Scene?

Black Adam has returned to Kandaq, but stands from his throne after a drone arrives in his kingdom.

Amanda Waller appears in a hologram and says, "Okay, Black Adam. My name is Amanda Waller. Congratulations, you have my attention. This is going to be your only warning: you don't want to stay in my prison, that's fine, Kandaq is your prison now. You step one foot outside of it, you will not live to regret it."

He smiles and responds, "There's no one on this planet that can stop me."

Waller comes back with, "I can call in a favor and call in people who aren't from this planet."

"Send them all," he demands before destroying her drone. With that, a caped figure emerges through the smoke. It's Henry Cavill's Superman, and he's wearing a much brighter costume than the last time we saw him.

"It's been a while since anyone's made the world this nervous," the Man of Steel states as John Williams' score plays. "Black Adam...we should talk." The anti-hero responds with a smirk and the screen fades to black.

Does This Mean What We Think It Does?

Henry Cavill is back as Superman, and the stage is set for his Man of Tomorrow to clash with Black Adam in a future film. We don't get to see what happens next in this exchange, but can't imagine it ends peacefully.

Whether this will be the premise of a sequel, spinoff, or even a massive crossover event that includes the Shazam Family remains to be seen.

Thanks to Johnson, Cavill has returned as Superman and that looks set to be the biggest talking point coming out of Black Adam. A clash between these characters has money written all over it, and there have already been reports of a new Man of Steel movie...Williams' score suggests it won't be much like what Zack Snyder came up with, though.

Sounds like it's not Amanda Waller sending Superman herself. Maybe it's the description and it's different on screen, but it sounds like Superman shows up on his own accord.

The John Williams score does not fit this Superman at all. He has his own score, which is pretty damn good.

I don't mind the John Williams classic score, I mean, it's a classic for a reason. and while it does not really fit this Superman as depicted by Zack Snyder, maybe it's a sign they'll let him be actually more Superman-y in the future instead of his usual too self-serious, almost unaproachable blank slate of a character.
