Studios and theaters alike are now doing everything possible to tempt people back to that big screen experience, and with the world slowly starting to open up again, the future is looking a little brighter.
Now, some new clips have surfaced from a Black Widow featurette touting that return to watching blockbusters not at home, but on the biggest screen possible. There are some great shots of characters like Natasha Romanoff, Red Guardian, and Yelena Belova here, but nothing too spoilery.
For those of you not interested in returning to theaters, Black Widow will be on Disney+'s Premier Access service for $29.99 (that's still a little cheaper than theater tickets for an entire family).
"In Marvel Studios' Black Widow, Natasha Romanoff aka Black Widow confronts the darker parts of her ledger when a dangerous conspiracy with ties to her past arises," reads the synopsis. "Pursued by a force that will stop at nothing to bring her down, Natasha must deal with her history as a spy and the broken relationships left in her wake long before she became an Avenger."
In the movie, Scarlett Johansson reprises her role as Natasha/Black Widow, Florence Pugh stars as Yelena, David Harbour portrays Alexei/The Red Guardian, and Rachel Weisz is Melina. Black Widow is directed by Cate Shortland and produced by Kevin Feige; Black Widow - the first big screen story in Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe - arrives on July 9th both in theaters and on Disney+.
