Synopsis: The government chooses to push for the Hero Registration Act, a law that restricts a hero's acts, as many people are afraid of the deeds of super heroes. The Avengers become divided as a result of this. Iron Man supports this Act, arguing that they must restrain their acts should they further devastate cities. Captain America, however, believes that saving the world is brave enough and that they cannot rely on the government to keep the world safe. Team Iron Man (Iron Man, Black Panther, Vision, Black Widow, War Machine, and Spider-Man) and Team Captain America (Captain America, Bucky Barnes, Falcon, Scarlet Witch, Hawkeye, and Ant Man) engage in an all-out battle as a new antagonist appears.
