While it's looking increasingly unlikely that we'll get a trailer for Avengers 4 this week, it's hard to complain too much after being treated to a new Captain Marvel sneak peek!
Most of us didn't expect to get another glimpse at the Marvel Studios movie until early next year, but with the new trailer more than likely set to play in theaters in front of Mary Poppins Returns, Disney was smart to try to appeal to female moviegoers by releasing this. Regardless, there's an awful lot here for comic book fans to get excited about.

Kevin Feige has said that Captain Marvel is the MCU's most powerful superhero and we're treated to a taste of that here as Carol Danvers seemingly goes full Binary in this gorgeous shot.
A great look at Carol using her powers, something tells me that the Kree may have found a way from stopping her fully unleashing her awesome abilities or simply don't know how strong she is.
This is a cool superhero entrance for Carol but even more interesting for fans is seeing how her helmet works and the way it creates that mohawk comic fans will be all too familiar with.
