We know that, barring any unforeseen cameo, Carol Danvers will make her long-awaited live-action debut November 2, 2018. However, what we don't know is who will bring the iconic hero to life. If recent rumors are to be believed, Edge Of Tomorrow star Emily Blunt will likely be the one tasked with the responsibility of portraying Danvers.

Even before Marvel officially announced Captain Marvel, fans had been casting Carol for years and one of the most popular fan choices has been Chuck star Yvonne Strahovski. Costume, background, everything looks great, except for the actress in that suit.
Beyond being attractive, she doesn't offer anything to the role.

For Captain Marvel to work, they need an actress with gravitas. Lets get Charlize to do it, or Emily Blunt. Both of them have shown how tough they can be while still being compelling.

I love the look and material of the that suit, same as the Cap suit. I love how the material design simulates abs without looking like fake muscles
