Ronda Rousey Explains How She Plans To Land The Role Of CAPTAIN MARVEL

With a huge fight next month and the lead role in the Road House remake in the New Year (not to mentioned a rumoured match at WWE WrestleMania), Ronda Rousey is a very busy woman. However, it sounds like The Expendables 3 and Furious 7 star would be more than happy to clear her schedule for Captain Marvel, and as you can see in the video above, she has a plan to get Marvel Studios to at least consider her for the role. "I'm really looking forward to doing my first starring role opposite Mark Wahlberg," Rousey explains. "Hopefully by the time Captain Marvel comes around, I will have enough experience and skills in the field for them to really seriously consider me." What do you guys think? As always, be sure to let us know your thoughts below.

Get a real actress in here not Rousey. You played some stupid bit parts in a few movies it doesn't mean you deserve to lead a movie.

Dave Bautista was one of those actors.

I was expecting something along the lines of exposing herself in front of Kevin Feige, but this shows she's at least willing to take the harder route to get what she wants. You've earned yourself some minor respect points, Ms. Rousey.

I like Ronda Rousey, she is a beast. I hope she gets better at acting, she can use a good acting coach. I wish her the best.

I do like how determined she is to get this role. If she can show some promise in her next couple outtings on the big screen, I could definitely see as Captain Marvel.

She looks okay i guess but I haven't seen her in anything so I shouldn't judge .

She's pretty determined to get this role. If WB can get a non-actor in Gadot for WW, then maybe Marvel should get Rousey for Carol.

I'd prefer either Winnick

or Blunt

Yeah athletes will never make it in showbiz.. she is crazy. Look at all the athletes/failed movie star wannabies like Sean Connery, Arnold, Jason Lee, Carl Weathers, Bubba Smith, Dolph, JVD, Johnny Weissmuller, Chuck Norris, Bruce Lee.. they all though they'd be somebody.

I don't understand why so many people want 60 years old azz looking Emily Blunt. She has been in some good movies but it's not like they were good due to her.

Her determination is appreciated, but I don't think she is suited for the role. I say an actress who has had more experience would be better.

Damn no, she had enough trouble even playing herself on Entourage. And was lame in Furious 7.
