Yesterday we had the huge SDCC announcement that the follow up to Man Of Steel would be a Bats/Supes team up flick, and now NY Post has debuted our very first lettered preview of the second issue of Batman/Superman, featuring breathtaking artwork from Jae Lee.

I like the color pallet. Batman's side is dark and Superman's is light.

Why does Supes look like a woman on the covers and Bats feminine in the issue? It's properbly the mouth. Yeah, not a big fan of this art, sorry.

Not gonna lie, that was pretty mind blowing. Lol. Yeah, I agree that it would've been great to have Bruce make a cameo in MOS. But, I doubt they were thinking that far ahead. My guess is they were solely focused on making the best Superman movie possible, whilst still throwing in Easter Eggs for the fans. And to me, it makes perfect sense to now go the Superman/Batman route with Lex as the villain, because they already teased it.

WB needs to sack up for sure, though, I want me a WW movie, Aquaman, Flash and GL reboot. Not to mention JLA of course :P But I'm sensing Supeman/Batman will lead into JLA and then the spinoffs happen after that.

i dont really think jae lees style fits this
BUT i liked the art in the 1st issue a lot more than i thought i would

I hope Batman/Superman focuses more on Superman. This way it will be seen as a true MOS sequel... Just give Bruce Wayne/ Batman a supportive role

Those of you who don't appreciate the intricate and beautiful look of this art style just reveal yourselves to be shallow simpletons who should stick to reading Archie comics . Issue #1 of this was the best comic I read in the past month, and issue #2 looks to be a continuation in the uniqueness and originality of this book. Cant wait for it. This comic is a great example as to why having these two in a movie together will be so thrilling.

Yea 53, the Wachoski's would be perfect for Flash.

While Speed Racer wasn't a great film, visually it was amazing.

Give them a good Flash script and they will give you a damn fine looking Flash movie.

I sure hope they do have Lexcorp/Wayne Enterprises butting heads. I want to see Lex and Bruce competing, and want them to show how much they dislike each other, but subtly. Once Lex is revealed to be evil, Bruce teams up with Supes to take Lex down.

Flash is an awesome character! Can't believe he hasn't gotten any love in a movie yet, it's ridiculous.

I agree, and it's obvious to me that this is a legitimate sequel to MOS. However, I doubt Batman will have merely a supporting role.

I love Matt Bomer (no homo), he's great in White Collar. In my opinion, though, he looks just too much like Henry Cavill. In the comics, Bruce and Clark always looked similar, but to me they're way too similar looking.
