Galaxy Quest with superheroes yeah, but looks great.

Would be great as a movie too.

(Ooh, they should do another one with actors transported to a "Lord of the Rings" type universe, then you could have this big old Galaxy Quest-style trilogy)

Wow, I like this idea. Maybe I'm just catching on the "Galaxy Quest" thing and all but this is the first time I heard this concept. Sounds like something Mark Millar would do. Interesting.

Too many Ultimates flash back for me. I don't know if I can handle that.

I'm scared for the Singer reference.

How freaking meta.
It's a cheap, obvious premise. I can see Nicolas Cage starring as the lead when (not if) they make this into a movie.

Seems like a fun idea to me - and why not make it into a movie? It's a good premise, allowing both fish out of water and bemused, identifiable-with protagonist elements to the story.
