Psylocke's new costume is badass. That would translate well to the big screen.

@Jedi- Im not feel in the Mohawk either. Its 2015 for gods sake. There are way tooooo many modern hot hair cuts. I really dont understand the reasoning behind a mohawk....

@Deth- I was so hyped for this female lion up ( and hopeful for future female guest appearance. The way its puttering along, one can only hope.

Its a shame that these comic book companies cant transcend combined success between comics, animation AND movies under one company. In time.....

That is futt bugly art. Seriously, what is going on in that first panel? Is Psylocke swimming through the air? Did Monet sprout a handle on her arm?

On the plus side, I really like when writers try to explain how Storm's power over the weather works. I hate when it's just magic. I don't mean Dr Strange Magic, just lazy writer magic.

@dethpillow:

I get what you're saying about the title, but what would you call it? Any title that highlights the all-ladies nature of the book would sound at best like Marvel fishing for compliments and at worst exploitative. I think they're really proud that they have an X-Men book that just happens to be all female characters, but don't want to scream "Look what we did!" Sure, it's a gimmick, but unlike most gimmicks, X-Men can actually sustain it.

I wonder if you gave this to someone unaware that there is an all-women X-Men book, how long would it take them to notice? Could they read a whole issue, or a whole TPB? Or would they just wonder where Wolverine was? I suppose it all depends on the strength of the writing.

Ever since they went to an all female roster in the X-MEN I've stopped reading.
