What if Christopher Nolan Directed Batman Vs Superman?

The title speaks for itself, this is a re-imagining if Christopher Nolan were to continue directing The Dark Knight movies and were asked to continue into Batman Vs Superman!

I know everyone is excited for Batman Vs Superman directed by Zach Snyder, but what if Christopher Nolan were to direct this film? Would you guys be as excited, more excited or are you done with Christopher Nolan in the Bat-verse?

Check out the trailer and comment. Do you think people would be just as happy with a Christopher Nolan version or is Zach Snyder's version the one everyone needs now?

The question is, would you be excited for a Christopher Nolan version? I think I would be just as excited. Although, I really like the new look of Batman, like a lot!

Nah, Nolan waters down WAY too much.
Snyder has The perfect visual style for superhero movies, so beautiful to look at and he directs action very well.

Chris Terrio is a fantastic writer, already I see philosophical themes of gods, hope and faith. So many deep rooted issues of society and mankind that are present in just the trailer alone, so much depth than any of Marvel, Fox or Sony CBM's.

People need to just have faith in this project, there doesn't seem to be any clear weak links.

I agree with you, but I still would be very excited for a Nolan version as well, I really like what I've seen soo far from the trailer and the style is very Dark Knight Returns, which I very much like.

Christopher Nolan would be a perfect choice to do an adaptation of The Dark Knight Returns because the book could be adapted into a very "grounded" way, but....I don't see how Nolan could do Superman, honestly. I just don't view Nolan as a director that would relish in the idea of using aliens and superpowers and what have you.

True. He did have some say in Man of Steel though.

Really don't see Nolan doing aliens and superpowers; not his speciality

Yeah but Interstellar wasn't exactly something I saw him doing either, and it's almost aliens, so who knows brother.

Nolan's approach, while genius, is way too grounded for the fantastical super-powered epic that is BvS. Superman would have a jet pack or some sh!t lol

@stryderHD

The funny thing about Interstellar though is that it's perhaps one of the most realistic films Nolan has made as the theories the film projects certainly has some basis to them. It's one of the most 'grounded' science fiction movies ever made. But in the end, that film doesn't spread any light on if Nolan would ever do a film showing aliens. In The Dark Knight Trilogy, we saw no powers as he changed the foundation when it comes to characters like Bane and Ra's al Ghul.

Yeah I agree with you Mister, although I don't think Nolan could fail if he wanted, most of his films are really great, he is one of my favorite directors, and honestly it's hard for one of his films to fail rather then succeed. I even liked Insomnia.

I find Chris Nolan is not a good director of fight scenes. Snyder all the way. Best director possible for Superman.

"Batman would suck balls"

I'm pretty sure even in Nolan's trilogy, Bruce Wayne wasn't a homosexual.

I always love how, when people criticize something, without actually trying to sound smart, they end up using terms such as 'gay', or 'this sucks balls/dick', 'this is shit' and et cetera.

Nolan is gay. If Nolan directed BvS, it would suck balls/dick. It would be shit.

I enjoyed Nolans Dark Knight Trilogy, my favorite film out of the three is Batman Begins due to it being the most comic booky out of the bunch. But I must admit that I'm tired of an all black tactical bat suit. We will finally see Batman in all of his glory in Dawn of Justice. As of right now I think Synder will surprise us in a good way when this film finally hits. I can't wait.
