@Godzillafart I read your first comment and was half way through mentally preparing a comment to tear you a new one, glad to see you were joking! Alex Ross is just spellbinding, everything he's done is just timeless and his style is of the true time of comic heroes, sure they are better now but at the conception stage, thats when these heroes came to life and Ross captures that, yes its spandex but before Jim Lee at al, heroes wore spandex, the children on this site wont get it. Liberty, Justice, Kingdom Come, just out of this world.

While Alex Ross is the bomb, I wish he would alter his style in some way to keep up with the times.

I'm not saying he is horrible or anything!

It's just that we have seen the same style from him for almost 20 years now. It almost seems like he is washing out his colors more lately.

Jim Lee, Greg Capullo, Adam Kubert, Joe Mad... They have all grown into their styles and amped it up.

Could it be that Alex Ross has been maxed out for all these years and he just can't get any better????
