Mystique foolish enough to think they'll cancel each other out.

I just wanna know how long it'll take for Wolverine to know that Kitty has Laura. My poor X-23.

Love it or hate it schism has definitely made these two and their relationship wayyyyy more interesting beforehand cyclops=generalissimo wolverine=lieutenant now polar opposites, two sides of the same coin and I friggin' love it

In retrospect all the comics out today just take a step back and think about what we are spoiled with both in media and in the printed renditions of our favorite heroes

Dare I say it....

Age of CBMs

Have a grand day y'all :)

Once again Wolverine proves to be Marvels most reliable character why? Because he's readable and fun to follow

Cyclops was right.

I wish Logan would take one of his eyes already and make him a real Cyclops.

Kick his ass, Logan! Carve him up good. Make him into douchesteaks.

Scott vs Mary Sue. Go Cyclops!

Look at how beautiful this scene is. It's a shame that we won't be able to see anything like that in a movie while Singer/FOX are in charge.

@OldGreg

"since they're clearly using time travel to fix any inconsistencies between the movies."

Says who?

I just don't have any faith in Singer/FOX to do anything like this.

@Bl00dwork
Doubtful they can get on the same page so long as the Evolutionary stuff is still in play. Cyclops is going to feel subconsciously compelled to attack the humans, just like Magneto, thanks to Xavier's tampering with his memories. He'll probably stay the villain until the coming mutant/human war comes (which is hopefully soon, because Cable's future shows it happens while Iron Man wears the current black/gold armor).

Wolverine is a fantasy of what "bad-ass" is. Cyclops doesn't try to be cool. He just gets shit done, and lets everyone else debate whether or not it was right.

@Dmon Every popular character is overused, and how is James a Mary Sue?

To anyone claiming X-Men and X2 are some of the best CBMs ever made... have you watched them recently? And are you a legit X-Men comic fan? X-Men was good for the time but is pretty cheesy now and X2 is an OK movie but proved that Fox / Singer don't get that the X-Men are a team. The only X-Men movie to give us a team rather than Wolverine and some background characters is First Class and most of that team is just background characters anyway.

The X-Men books, even Wolverine and the X-Men, have always been about a team of individuals all with different backgrounds, nationalities and personalities. We've never gotten that in a movie.

@TheWolverine08 Just give him the Mary Sue test and you will see.

LOL

TheWolverine08
TheWolverine08 - 12/9/2013, 8:02 AM
@Dmon Don't see it personally. A Mary Sue is someone who is essentially a perfect person, and is always supported as the right one even when blatantly wrong to put it extremely simply. James is flawed as f%ck and like you even noted, people are disagreeing with his methods and leaving him as of now.

@Batmaniac I lol'd hard at that GIF! Al Pacino don't go nothing on Wolverine!

@TheWolverine08 Mary Sue have flawed/tragic pasts like I said give him the test.

TheWolverine08
TheWolverine08 - 12/9/2013, 8:19 AM
@Dmon But he isn't a perfect savior type who can do no wrong at all like most Mary Stu's. Which test are you talking about? Link?

capcyclopsftw - 12/9/2013, 8:46 AM
lol at the Cyclops haters. You Wolverine lovers are such hypocrites.

For the longest time Scott was the good boy and Wolverine was the rogue character. Now the roles are reversed and Cyclops is still a "douche".

Cyclops has one of the richest histories in comics and has always done things in the name of the Mutant race.
TheWolverine08
TheWolverine08 - 12/9/2013, 8:52 AM
@capcyclops I fail to see how ALL Wolverine fans are hypocrites. And James is not a goody boy now. He's indeed a bit more team oriented and mutant focused now, but he's far from being a Boy Scout.

Nice good ol' Scoot vs. Logan! @thewolverine08 i haven't been followins Wolverine much lately. Did he officially lose his healing factor? And if so how is he able to still keep the adamantium at bay since it is a foreign object to his body? Let me know thanx.
