MTV Geek have just exclusively revealed that Spider-Man 2099 will be making an appearance in Superior Spider-Man. The site posted a video of Dan Slott confirming as much, which I can't see, or embed..so I guess you'll just have to take our word for it! Hang on to your hats, True Believers -- Dan Slott has a surprise for you! "This is not a trick -- this is not a prank," said Slott, looking mischievously at the camera. The writer confirmed that Miguel O'Hara, also known as Spider-Man 2099, will return within the pages of "Superior Spider-Man."
A while back we
reported the rumor that Miguel O'Hara might be suiting up as The Superior Spider-Man based on what appeared to be a Tweet by Dan Slott posted in error - and although we were wrong, it seems the character will at least be a part of the new series. In what capacity? Who knows! Slott probably won't reveal too much more about it, but it's certainly raised my interest level, and it was already pretty high. What about you guys?
