Loving where i think this is eventually going... which is solidifying Ock as his own Spider-Man/character (like they have with Scarlet Spider) and bringing back Parker to reclaim his body in some sort of event (Titled "Web of Spider-Men"?).

Slide Ock into a Parker-Clone and we have this great character dynamic and evolution for Otto Octavius instead of having him be the same ol' Doc Ock.

This series is shit. Instead of building upon Peter's character they decide to flesh out this whole crazy ass what if story. This isn't Doctor Who ,Dan, This is Spider-Man either give the character the respect he deserves or get off the title. Spider-Man isn't your character he's all of ours so stop writing your crazy fan- fiction and do something credible with Spider-Man. And when I say Spider-Man I don't mean Dock(or rather Dan Slott as Spider-Man)I mean Peter Parker ,the true and definitive Spider-Man.

I've liked this series a lot but think they need to bring Parker back just so everything in the Spider-Man universe feels right. I don't think I'll even read the main Spidey-book when they do start it up again, as at this point I'm enjoying Superior Spider-Man quite a bit.

That cover's proportions is all kinds of messed up I mean damn it looks like Spider-man somehow got Clayface's powers with his ability to stretch his torso to double it's length and create the robot spider legs out of nowhere.

i collect this series because i have always collected spiderman, however i never seem to be in a rush to read it. im not going to say superior spidey is shit (its just not very good imo), it just really makes me appreciate the far better spiderman books at the moment. scarlet spider is a fantastic book and if there are any of you who haven't read ultimate spiderman with miles morales then they should. he is curreny the best spiderman and the books art is also on another level.

Contrary to popular opinion, I think this series is really quite exciting. The whole point of Spider-Man is that stuff comes along to wreck his life. The old Parker luck! Now Doc Ock is here to seriously mess things up for Peter when he comes back (cos let's face it, he will), so he has broken relationships, a broken reputation and probably a broken spirit to overcome. That's something I'm really excited to see, and Slott is giving us a crazy ride with Doc Ock along the way! If you go into things expecting to hate them,you almost certainly will.

Also, as an artist myself, Humberto Ramos is a SPECTACULAR illustrator. Just look at those lines! They just ooze confidence! His art has pure character and style.

Dock ock get out of Peter's body already and let him have it back. I hope Long Shot sorts this out when he comes back with his own story line.

So ready for this to be over, good grief unfortunately ASM 2 doesn't come out until next year so we have to wait at least until then before the Real Spider-Man is back. I didn't think anyone could do it, but Slott has written something I hate more than The Clone Saga.

I don't hate Humberto Ramos art, but sometimes I feel like it's a little too cartoonish. I'd prefer someone like Sara Pichelli on this look at what she does on Ultimate Comics Spider-Man and Guardians of The Galaxy.

They shouldve let aunt May stay dead and spidey shouldve became more like this minus the spider goons and lack of humor. He could've been mix of batman, nightwing and ironman.
