This series has managed to surprise me so far. One of the most disturbing portrayals of a character I've seen in a mainstream comic.

I've always disliked how Death is an actual person in the MU. I mean, it'd be so much cooler if he was just crazy...if he THOUGHT that Death was a person and that killing everybody would bring her to live him, but he was actually just schizo. Having her there sort of just makes him look like a love-sick pussy.
