The series will also feature art from Amazing Spider-Man's Marcos Martin, as can be seen in the last two preview pages. Daredevil #1 will be released this coming July.

Daredevil is the Marvel character I like the most if this is a fresh start like Waid says it is I'll pick it up.

Daredevil is the best of the ONLY 3 decent Marvel characters; the other two would be Punisher and Captain America.

DD rocks so I hope it's good, but Waid hasn't done much worth reading at the Big Two in over a decade.

Daredevil is the man! I wish they've done a good movie out of The Man Without Fear.

@MoumentheBatman - funny, My opinion is the same... except it's about Batman.

This looks absolutley amazing. Its about time we get to see the old Matt Murdock back in the red spandex. I was very dissapointed after Shadowland. Also the art looks amazing. Daredevil FTW!!

actually like that retro style on the art. I really enjoyed Waid's first run on Captain America back in the 90s (until Brubaker came along, it was my favorite run on Cap ever). My only beef here: why do we need to start over with another #1? That's just a lame gimmick to boost sales. Good story and good art should sell the book on its own, regardless of its number.

Not digging the art work, but I'll give it a chance.

Totally stoked for a new DD series. I have been out of comic collecting for awhile now and just recently got back into it. Along with corrupting my entire family to lol.

Picked up the DD reborn series and loved the storyline just couldn't stand the crappy art. Hope this series has better art. As to starting with a #1 I like the idea because it gives people like me who have been out of the business for awhile a fresh place to start

Looks like a return to the less brooding, more swashbuckling Matt Murdock of the early days. Not that I don't love the Miller/Bendis/Brubaker tortured Daredevil, but I look forward to getting to see Matt not be a basketcase for a little while. Love him taking a moment to smooch the bride! That's classic DD stuff.

Rivera's clearly excited to be drawing Daredevil - you see the title on the first page? 8^D

Looks nice. Good action. I live it when they show Daredevil's awesome acrobatic moves in the art.

Anyone notice the excitement of working on "Friggin' Daredevil" in the upper left of the first image?

His excitement shows in his work.
