COMICS: Full ALL-NEW X-FACTOR Team Revealed

COMICS: Full ALL-NEW X-FACTOR Team Revealed

We knew about Gambit, Polaris and Quicksilver (plus many guessed correctly that Doug and Warlock were also on board) but now thanks to a scanned page from a Marvel Previews Catalogue, we have the name of the final member of Peter David and Carmine Di Giandomenico's new X-Factor team.

These scanned pages from the CBR forums reveal both the variant cover for All New X-FactorM #1, and the final member of the team. Sitting in the background behind Doug and Warlock is 'Danger', the living embodiment of the Danger Room.

Here writer Peter David reveals a little of what we can expect from the new series.

"So much of what happens in this country stems from corporate control and involvement. So why not expand that real world philosophy to the world of comics and have it be that a corporation is interested in expanding into super heroes? I mean, if super heroes really existed, that's probably what would happen. [Polaris] has the most potential. Which isn't to say that others from the previous title might not show up as guest cast. With Quicksilver, we're left wondering what his motivation is. Is he really motivated by brotherly concern over Polaris? Or is there more going on? And Gambit as a professional thief is there to be the one who questions everything that's going on; he's largely the reader's voice into the book."

Those costumes look horrible. I like Peter David's Hulk and Captain Marvel, but never been the biggest X-Factor fan even with him writing it. Plus don't like Gambit or Quicksilver.

@Black and Yellow now you know how those in the NFC East feel this year. Dallas will take at 8-8 which makes me sad.

What is more sad is my Cowboys will take the NFC East with such a sorry team. Then Jerry Jones will announce that they are moving in the right direction! God I had Jerry Jones!!!!!!!!!!

Teams that play at 4:30 on a Sunday evening then are scheduled to travel away on a Thursday night game do.

I'm not saying that game was a good one, nor that the offense was in sync. But one bad game (which we almost won) does not make the team bad.

When will we get away from al the glam rock costumes and start designing some practical ones. Maybe with some black ops kinda flair

I think I have a distaste for the Italian comic book artists, Carmine Di Giandomenico and Giuseppe Camuncoli for instance. I just don't dig their artwork, but I can't tell if that is because of the inkers or not.

So, was there some kind of discount on yellow ink or something?

Were they attempting to cash in on Booster Gold's worldwide popularity and name recognition?

This looks like a cartoon that would have been on Fox Saturday mornings in 1995.
