As MythLoki is aso a mare, a milkmaid having Midgardian children, giving birth to Trolls, that this Loki would be bi-sexual is a given. Plus him being handsome is also MythSagas canon. It may surprise the people who do not believe in second chances; but I take this comics to be a second chance given to Marvel to respect more the original Myths. It will take a long time for the God of Mischief to become the angry revenful being who craves for Ragnarok.
By the way, Ragnarok has initially Loki being instrumental in Baldur death whereas Odin is responsible in the horrible death of two children... Odin is no MrNiceGuy, you know...
