COMICS: Major Spoilers In Scanned Page From Tomorrow's Fantastic Four #600

Cosmic Book News has posted a scanned page from Fantatic Four #600 possibly revealing the return of none other than Johnny Storm, a.k.a. The Human Torch. Believed to have died in the climax of writer Jonathan Hickman's "Three" back in January's Fantastic Four #587, how he survived is currently unknown as the site do not elaborate on whether this is explained in the issue which goes on sale tomorrow. With Annihilus on a leash and the forces of the Negative Zone apparently under his command, it appears as if Johnny may be possessed and preparing to invade Earth. With future solicitations of the title showing Spider-Man as still being a member, the future of the team and this character remain a mystery for the time being.

The solicitation and covers for Fantastic Four #600 can be viewed below.

Yeah so um, who cares? The first, only, and last time a death and return mattered was Superman.

Am i the only peson who gets sick of characters being resurrected?

I could understandif JB had been dead for years, as in literally years, he died this year and then they could resurrect him in 2014.

But this is just...stupid

Okay, I knew Johnny would sooner or later come back, but I didn't expect his return to be like this! Seeing him with a weakened and chained up Annihilus is just bad***!!

They (Marvel) never showed us that Johnny died the last time we saw him. We only saw him standing against these creatures and that was it. They just implied it, that's all. So it was no mystery that Johhny would come back. So I'm not all that surprised that he returns. But what I am surprised about is that he comes back looking like he's possessed or controlled and that he has Annihilus, one of the most bad*** villains out there, in chains! I was expecting him to mysteriously return to the FF unexpectedly. But, there's always a twist.

@Intruder - Yeah, you're right. It's beyond bad***! It's................unbelieveable, maybe? Maybe epic! Beyond epic!! :D

And also, people really need to stop going, "What the hell?" "I thought he died!" "This is so stupid!" Well, if you pay attention to what you're reading, then you'll see why Johnny is back ( and not dead). First off, at the very end of Fantastic Four #587, we all see Human Torch facing a horde of Annihilus-looking creatures. He flames on and THAT'S IT!! Okay? There was no evidence that he actually died, no sign of his death. Nothing. So everyone thought that he was dead. If he was dead, then we would actually see his death. Like, let's say we saw Human Torch going up against all if those creatures and Annihilus. We see him fighting his way thru the creatures and he comes up against Annihilus. He doesn't stand a chance against Annihilus, then we see Annihilus killing Johnny. THEN, we can all say he's dead. But since none of that ever happened, we can't confirm he's dead. So there you go. Johnny Storm never died, we just thought or presumed he was because of what we saw at the end of FF #587.

Not gonna lie, Annihilus on a leash is pretty cool, but otherwise I'm underwhelmed. I haven't read the issue where Johnny 'died' so I don't know whether his death was merely implied, but I think everyone who's saying that Johnny was dead got the idea from all the marketing. Hell, the cover for that issue had '3' instead of '4'. If that doesn't imply a member retiring, I don't know what does.

Either evil or severly disturbed. There was no other way he could've returned.
Pretty predictable though..... And people still think Hickman is the s**t. Please!
