I got the first six issues but I dropped it after that. I don't hate it but with comics costing $4 each the budget has only so much room. And for my tastes this wasn't good enough to make the cut when it's up against stuff like Hickman and Remender's Avenger books All New X Men and Guardians of the Galaxy (to name a few).

Mattbo, I love the characters, but I dropped it after about 4 issues. I thought the stories were slow and boring. I'm gonna reading it again when Daniel Way leaves after issue #11.

Okay, I get the Red Hulk; kinda interesting character. Red She-Hulk; I suppose she is passable, maybe something you could,ve seen coming. But Red Leader; WTF, he looks like Sinestro ripp-off and wasn't his name already used by Joseph Stalin. In next month's Captain America issue: wrath of the Green Skull.

The first story arc "No Quarter" was poorly written. Steve Dillon's art was OK, but didn't seem to compliment the characters nor the story.

This story arc "Red Scare" is much much better than the first one. Daniel Way finally wrote a decent script. Phil Noto's art combined with GURU eFX's colors are fantastic!

If you hadn't seen the book or dropped it, I highly recommend picking it up. The new writer Charles Soule starts with issue #12.

Do they only get accepted onto the team if they wear red or something?

It's not a good book, but Deapool's written like he should be. Not some goofy slapstick asshole spurting out bad jokes about Lindsey Lohan that comedy central rejected a year ago. God I hate his book. Anyway. Yeah, this is where I go to get my Deadpool fix, but it's not really a compelling story.

I agree with Odin. Are there on original ideas left, beyond changing a character's color?

Yeah, I love Elektra but this isn't good enough to keep reading. I stopped at issue 5 or 6.

I really had high hopes for this title when it was announced. But the story just isn't there. I dropped it after the first few issues. This group should be able to tangle with the best villains, but instead, Way had them going against some kind of foreign human terrorist group. Lame. Remender's Uncanny Avengers makes for a much better team book, even though it doesn't compare to his amazing Uncanny X-Force run... yet. Guardians of the Galaxy is shaping up pretty nicely as well. My top two Marvel titles overall though would have to be Captain America and Superior Spider-Man.

Red Hulk sucks, the art of this entire series has been horrendous and unfortunately, there's just nothing exciting happening which I'm sure has a lot to do with the first two problems. I like the team and the relations but shit characters [Rulk] are still shit characters, and sadly almost everything at Marvel this past year has been feeling incredibly forced and gimmicky.

I agree about Ross. As the Red Hulk, he should have an awesome, gamma-powered mustache! It should have its own offensive and defensive capabilities!!

Never bothered with this.

Best Marvel books for me at the moment All New X-Men, Daredevil, Ultimate Comics Spider-Man, Thor

Red Hulk's awesome! He started out as an antagonist and complete jerk! Over time he evolved into an intriguing character, especially during Jeff Parker's run.

Reading the comments above it looks like most people had stopped reading the book. I understand the first story arc was bad.

I highly advise you folks to check out Thunderbolts #7 on, it's a fun read and Phil Noto's art is awesome!
