Isn't it amazing that we live in a world where Rocket Raccoon guest starring in a comic is headline-worthy? I'm really glad Marvel decided to make a Guardians film. So cool.

but why the [frick] is he still wearing that terrible red and blue outfit? The Guardians haven't worn that in years!

Love Sam as Nova, soon I'm sure all his haters will appear asking for Richard Rider, who I love as well btw, but Sam's stories have been great so far. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before we see a revived Corps (especially with him collecting the helmets of a load of dead centurions)and it will be awesome to see all that go down.

Sin will be awesome for Sam because we genuinely don't know much about about the black helmets or his dad- it's not just trying to slots bits of history into character already established back stories, it will be a real reveal.

Also @staypuffed, that uniform is a million times better than the awful suits they've been using in the (awesomely written) Bendis run.

I totally agree with you on Sam, but I frickin love those suits. Gamora and Drax especially. By ditching that shit uniform and going with their own thing, they don't look like a coherent team, they look like a band of misfits - which THEY ARE.

I hope they turn Sam into a villain and if/when Richard comes back, they can be arch-nemeses. I'm not saying Sam willingly becomes a villain of course, but I think that'd be cool to see. Especially if Richard comes back and tries to bring him back to the good side of the Corps. Also, I hope Sam doesn't try to reform the Corps, he's just not the right character to be doing something like that.
