I haven't been following this but every preview I have seen is the same thing. Superheroes beating the crap out of each other is all well and good but is there really anything else to this? Anyway, I do know that The Thing is currently possessed so I seriously doubt that's the end of him, at least the "good" him.

Once again Thing laid low. If they're looking to go a new direction in comics then maybe they should allow Thing to stay in the fight longer instead of just the same old Hulk vs. match ups with everyone.

yeah he did kinda rock surfer in that issue, but from the preview of the next mighty thor, surfer goes all out and rocks him .so idk who would take the other.

Just like to point out that in the first CBM postings of pics from this issue of Fear Itself the majority of people thought Thor was going to get his tail handed to him.

I predicted otherwise.

Now that looks sweet. I actually like Thing's look in Fear better then the original. They should keep this look for him without the armor on his arm and legs. Looks more menacing. Didnt know Thor had it like that. I'll wait for the TPB to read up on it. Looks good.

@Corn: agreed, except that these clowns are NOT actually Hulk and Thing. The amped up powers make them hugely destructive, but not necessarily smart. That's how Marvel will get away with it this time. But I do think that they've been moving toward a cagier, more powerful Thor for some time now.

i agree, but at the same time, since Thor came back and became crazy strong, he still got his ass kicked by the Dark Avengers and almost died, and none of the idiots were anywhere near as powerful as Hulk and Thing with these hammers.
