Looking forward to this. I'm also looking forward to seeing what Remender has planned for Doom 2099 over in Uncanny Avengers. I still harbor hope that sometime down the line we might see an ongoing 2099 series. I know eventually the original 2099 run would have come to an end regardless, but I; curious as to how much longer those books would have lasted had the Marvel brass not ousted Joe Cavalieri (causing Peter David and Warren Ellis to also skidaddle).

Best sipdey costume ever. Used to love Spider-Man 2099 and Doom 2099. And say what you will, but so far Superior Spider-Man has been really good

Wasn't saying one ripped off the other, just that Spawn was the first thing that came to mind when I looked at the cover is all. The mask more so than the whole suit.
