I want an entire comic run at least 12 issues were Sam Alexander is brutally tortured and finally killed, then his body is thrown into a sun.

LOVE that his old costume is back.

That's not Sam that Richard Rider as Nova. It's tell what happened to Richard while Thanos, Star Lord, and him were in the Cancer Universe.

Thought Rider was dead and apparently not! Does this mean Rider comes back and makes Sam his sidekick?

@TheBeard I second that emotion.

BRING BACK THE REAL NOVA: Rich Rider, NOVA-PRIME!

Technically it is not back. This is a flahsback of the Thanos Imperative storyline when Peter Quill and Nova supossedly died but ten they came back (at least Peter) so in this comic they are explaining how that was possible.

I just freaking love seeing these two again in their most awesome form. Those costumes are the best and i hope Star-Lord gets to look like that in GoTG 2. Everything at marvel in this moment totally sucks balls.

Wow. It only took NINETEEN issues to explain what happened. Good one Bendis.

Did they ever explain why Peter is suddenly blonde in this series or why Groot is decked out with christmas lights?

I was impressed by the first act. I've been waiting a few years to see this plot resolved, so I'm content regardless.

There is another page that is missing from this preview of the Revengers back in action. Even Lord Mar-Vell and Cancerverse Quasar are there.

Don't know how, cause Thanos and Death supposedly were capable of dealing permanent death in the Cancerverse...
Really hoping that asshat Bendis doesn't mess this issue up.

Glad to see the original costume is back!

I hated so much the Gatchaman costume.

Now if we could just get Richard Rider back in his original costume......

I want Rider BACK in his original costume and with his amped up Worldmind powers. It took 30 years to develop him from insecure young buck to galactic superstar. I think he was at his absolute zenith the past few years. Bringing him back to that in the comics with Sam as a sidekick, and developing that story through a three picture deal with Marvel (and team up with GOTG) would absolutely ROCK. Rich Rider is the PERFECT character to bridge the gap between the Avengers and GOTG.

Nova (richard rider) has and always will be my favorite superhero, I will do anything to get him back, even if his name is DICK RIDER
