She looks like crap.

Who is she actually.

It's hard to care about a character who doesn't have a real name.

I'm going with the theory that it's Thor's mom.

Is she one of Zeus' bastard children?

If you read the preview she's clearly a regular human. So how in Hel did she get on the moon in n the first place?

THOOM might be my favorite sound effect.

I really like the art, but I refuse to call her 'Thor'.

@Rex

How can she be a regular human when she says, "By the golden spires of Asgard..."? What regular human speaks like that?

The thought bubbles are normal. Obviously Mjolnir is making her speak that way

That's Frigga. She's the new 'Thor'.

First issue was amazing, can't wait to read this.
Though I'm not a fan of thought bubbles. What's wrong with a good caption box?
leecifer

Yeah, she's a regular human. The thought bubbles are more mondern, while the spoken text is more asgardian. I'm thinking it's Jane.

leecifer - 11/6/2014, 1:38 PM
Also she could be on the moon due to the fact she stayed on asgardia when it left earth..asgardia was over the moon in the last issue.
TelaVizion
TelaVizion - 11/6/2014, 3:49 PM
This is making it hard to guess who she is.
TelaVizion
TelaVizion - 11/6/2014, 3:53 PM
Can't wait for the reveal issue to show who she is finally. Bet no one have guessed right yet. Also wonder how long did she have the power for, and what happened when Thor became worthy again?

Odin should be highly pissed since he wasn't even worthy to pick Mjolnir up

Soooooooo lame. I give Thor girl less than a 6 month run and history will one day look back on it as another one of Marvels turkeys.

It is truly sad how far of a drop off we have seen the last few years in creativity at Marvel. They are so creatively bankrupt now they just go through the same motions over and over again. Lets change this character, lets change that character, lets change this one back, lets change that one back. Lets just keep slinging crap against the wall month after month, title after title and see what sticks.

I really miss the day when they actually hired talent that could create great storylines, EPIC stories, without the senseless need to make a "splash" by changing ( or "killing" ) the iconic lead character. I miss the days when they relied on TALENT instead of gimmicks to sell books. That doesn't fit the new corporate model. Now they spend as little as possible on "producing" a book and charge as much as they figure they can screw the readers out of for a cover price. I really am shocked that some people are still paying 5 bucks a book for such a lousy product. No wonder the comic book industry is doing so poorly and so many comic book stores are closing.
