Rick Remender's Uncanny Avengers has been leading towards Avengers & X-Men: AXIS, which began last week, and ComicBook.com have unveiled the first details of a relaunched iteration of the book. Reporting that AXIS will continue to play a large part in this series, the new line-up of Captain America (Sam Wilson), Sabertooth, the Vision, Brother Voodoo and Quicksilver, as well as existing members Rogue and Scarlet Witch, will face off against an old Avengers villain when the book begins in January.

Happy that Sabretooth is on the team. We need more of him in books. I just don't want him to go away when Wolvie comes back in a couple years.

This would be interesting considering Havoc asked, but Quicksilver told him "no". Maybe Tooth is the reason why he leaves Polaris and X-Factor to join the Avengers again.

Not feeling Vision's new look. :/ Too much red for Vision.

I like QS suit but I wish it weren't black and white. Blue and white? Green and White? I'd go with either but I wouldn't go with black and white.

@dethpillow Old foe returns? Counter Earth? No more Mutants? Put together it looks like we'll be getting a visit from... The High Evolutionary.
