New Anthology to Feature Some of the Industry’s Biggest Names!

 

In October 1939, Marvel Comics #1 was unleashed upon the world, creating an entire universe and laying the foundations for decades of boundless myth making. Now, 75 years later, Marvel Comics has grown to become the home of the most recognizable and beloved characters in all of fiction. Celebrate over seven decades of storytelling in the mighty Marvel manner with the Marvel 75th Anniversary Celebration #1 – a new anthology coming to comic shops and digital devices this October!

                                                                                                                 

Revealed this morning on Marvel.com, peel back this stunning new cover by superstar artist Paolo Riverato find all-new stories from some of the most legendary creators in the business! Emmy and Eisner-award winning storyteller Bruce Timm kicks off the celebration with a new story adapting Captain America Foils the Traitor’s Revenge, a text story originally published in Captain America Comics #3 (1941) and the very first Marvel Comics work of the one and only Stan Lee!

 

Everyone remembers where they were the day the Fantastic Four were born. Now, witness that event through fresh eyes as comics superstars James Robinson and Chris Samnee take us back to that fateful day in Marvel History – and how it helped shape the next 75 years of Marvel Comics! Then, Brian Michael Bendis & Michael Gaydos bring you an all-new story featuring the soon-to-be star of her own Netflix series Jessica Jones as she investigates cases with connections to the history of the Marvel Universe!

Truth be told the top comic book creators both new & old need more recognition.
Comic book creators need more recondition for great work on the stuff that is making cinema great again.

The young people should go back & read older comics as well as new stuff,the writing & art are to be praised.
I wish the creators as a whole made bigger bucks but a few can strike gold like a Todd MacFarlane & Robert Kirkman.
Oh yea,Stan Lee has done well for himself..Excelsior you slick bastard,Ha!
