To view a five minute gag reel go to the extras on disc two in the Film section, choose the Beyond Hell's Kitchen piece and in the menu for that piece move to the enhanced viewing mode button and press left on your remote control. Two crossed weapons will appear and pressing enter will show you the gag reel.
