Meanwhile, Garner who suffered injury during the filming of her Alias TV series (forcing her to cancel publicity appearances for Elektra and a Saturday Night Live hosting spot), told About.com this about how her character survived her fight with Bullseye in Daredevil: "You see that almost immediately and we explain that and go from there. There are a couple of references to Daredevil but a couple of them that only people who really love the comic books would get" Garner said.

Regarding director Rob Bowman: "We didn't take incredibly long on anything," she said. "We did it. We just got in there and shot. Rob is so fast and I'm pretty fast and we would do these huge shots that on some action movies would take all day, and for us we would just be like get it done, let's move on, keep going, we were motoring."
