Following the big
Black Panther II news, Marvel Studios switched gears to
The Eternals and brought out the entire cast while also revealing the first concept film from the highly ambitious intergalactic adventure.
The cast reveal also featured three big announcements as it was confirmed that Gemma Chan (
Captain Marvel), Barry Keoghan (
Dunkirk) and Kit Harington (
Game of Thrones) had all joined the massive ensemble cast. Chan will be playing Sersi, who has been described as the film's lead while Keoghan has been cast as Druig.
Meanwhile, Harington will not be one of the Eternals as he's been cast as Dane Whitman, a.k.a. The Black Knight, so it seems as though his Watch hasn't quite ended just yet.
The trio join an ensemble that will also feature Academy Award-winner Angelina Jolie (
Maleficent: Mistress of Evil) as Thena, Richard Madden (
Game of Thrones) as Ikaris, Kumail Nanjiani (
Silicon Valley) as Kingo, Lauren Ridloff (
The Walking Dead) as Makkari, Brian Tyree Henry (
Atlanta) as Phastos, Salma Hayek (
The Hitman's Bodyguard) as Ajak, Lia McHugh (
American Women) as Sprite and Don Lee (
Train to Busan) as Gilgamesh.
