With the countdowns over with, I've decided to do something a bit new. Today, I'm pitting Universal's 5 top monters against the 5 top slashers. I'll put the battle and state the winner. The winner will be explained and we'll see which side wins in the end. Let's begin.
1. Dracula vs. Pinhead
Winner: Dracula.
Why: Pinhead may be powerful and can even mess with your head and mind, but that won't work with Dracula. The two lack fear, so neither would be intimidated. Pinhead could use his chains, but keep in mind Dracula can change forms and would dodge them. Plus, Dracula would figure out the box and sends Pinhead away.
2. Wolfman vs. Michael
Winner: Wolfman.
Why: Honestly, there's not much Michael could do to the Wolfman. Slashing at him won't do much. They can take the same amount of abuse as proven in their films. Plus, the Wolfman has more ferocity. His teeth and claws would end up tearing Michael to shreads.
3. Frankenstein vs. Freddy
Winner: Freddy.
Why: Now, this is a hard fight to determine. I'm not to sure if the monster can sleep. There's nothing proving it, but there's nothing against. Let's say he can just for the fight's sake. In that case, Freddy would destroy the monster in the dream world, since Frankenstien wouldn't be able to figure out you can take Krueger out of his world.
4. Mummy vs. Chucky
Winner: Mummy.
Why: Honestly, this isn't much of fight. Chucky just has a knife, but the voodoo is what makes him so special. The Mummy has a ring that could control Chucky. If that dosen't work, all the Mummy has to do is pick up the doll and toss him into a fire.
5. Gillman vs. Jason
Winner: Jason.
Why: Jason takes this without much effort. His machete would deal Gillman some pretty good blows. Sure, they'd be fighting on Gillman's turf, but Jason can fight on land and water. While Gillman could land a few blows on Jason, Jason's machete would destroy him in the fight.
Winners: Universal. While Frankenstein and Gillman lost to Freddy and Jason, the other three lost to the other Universal monsters. Keep in mind this is just my opinion. I'll let everyone have a debate on it. Tommorrow, I'll look at the most famous horror actors that portrayed our favourite slasher villains.
