1st Thor. Thor has show great psonic resistance and with no prep time Brainiac wouldnt have time to devise a master plan to take out a Demigod.

2nd This is and interesting fight because as usual DC added more and more powers to their characters. Yet still this not a race its a fight and Silver Surfer has way too diverse of a power set to lose to the Flash. When Surfer hits Flash fights over.

3rd Martian Manhunters gots this, but if there is a fire they are both screwed.

Brainiac vs Thor: Thor. Didn't even have to think about that one.

Flash vs Silver Surfer: Yeah, Flash is really fast. But he's not the only one. SS can travel faster than the speed of light and his cosmic senses allow him to see across the universe. Like Flash, he can also transport himself to alternate dimensions, and he doesn't have to run really fast to do it; he just has to think about it. I just don't see Flash having any kind of a chance against the Radd.

Man-Thing vs Martian Manhunter: like Swamp Thing (who he's just a rip-off of), Man-Thing is a mass of vegetable life so there's really no way to to keep him down; blow him apart and he'd just put himself back together again. Also, as a creature who operates on base instinct, he has no real conscience or thought process for MM to manipulate telepathically. So there's not a lot MM could do to put MT down and keep him down, short of throwing him into space. HOWEVER -- MT's nowhere near strong enough to do MM any kind of damage (according to the OHOTMU MT can only press something like 2 tons, while MM is Superman-level in strength). And his burning ability wouldn't really be a factor, because he only secretes it when he senses fear in his opponent, and I seriously doubt MM would be at all afraid of a walking mud pie. Normally I'd consider something like this a tie, with neither being able to do the other any real kind of damage, but I went ahead and gave my vote to MM, mostly because he never gets the props he rightly deserves.
