Why is nic cage in the worst actors category, he wasn't that bad. And ghost rider himself looked [frick]ing authentic.

here are my votes:
Best Original Movie - Unbreakable (Hancock close second)
- it is not the kind of heroic movie you happen to expect in a Bruce Willis movie, but rather it depicts the struggle for acceptance for two people whose lives were intertwined by fate

Best Adapted Character - The Joker (Harvey Dent close second)
- IMO, the Joker is easily one of the most often misunderstood character in the comic book universe. In comics and films he unravels a brand of terror that only reflects the life he had once.

Worst Movie - Catwoman (Punisher: Warzone close second)
- The movie has a very confusing plot, the character has no purpose at all, and it was not even named Selina Kyle. It was not faithful to the comics.

Worst Actress - Kate Bosworth (Halle Berry second, Jennifer Garner third)
- Kate Bosworth made our beloved Lois Lane bitchy, and undermined the heroine's intelligence and grace under pressure in previous portrayals and in comic book. There was clearly no understanding of the character

Worst Actor - Eric Bana
- his performance as an angry Bruce Banner may have elicited the angry response from the audience, but it clearly diminishes the fact that Banner is a very intelligent and charming individual. that was the only emotion elicited from him, which IMO should just be one part of Banner. Edward Norton played the role better.

Best Writer - David Hayter/Alex Tze (Chris Nolan and David Goyer close second)
- The adaptation of Watchmen into the big screen was at its best, comic book faithful, and at its worst, realistic. The story telling was unique, the scenes make the audience constantly deep in thought and helps highlight the suspense.

Best Director - Christopher Nolan (Jon Favreau very close second)
- it was said that Nolan directed TDK alone, without the help of a second unit. Nolan was there from the movie's concept to the final touches. He was very careful with detail, he wanted his actors to elicit the emotion that governs the theme, and every aspect of filming he has a hand in it. He has a mission and vision for the film, and everything else depended on it.

Best Actress - Selma Blair (Liv Tyler second)
Blair portrayed Liz Sherman almost to perfection. She makes the Sherman transition effective, from a weak firestarter to a dependable heroine.

Best Actor - Robert Downey Jr. (Heath Ledger very close second)
- Tony Stark's changes in his life were cleverly portrayed to wit by RDJ. The exuberance shown in both his intellect and his lifestyle, the remorse in seeing that his weapons causes destruction, the reluctance and acceptance of his fate were brilliantly presented. Audiences feel that Tony Stark is actually a living person that we all can relate to, and Iron Man can really exist thanks to RDJ.

Best Marvel Movie - Iron Man (of course)

Best DC Movie - Watchmen

Best Movie - Spiderman 2
- the second installment for the Web Crawler's franchise happens to have everything in it (story, screenplay, direction, special effects, and brilliant acting by the supporting characters (not by lead characters). It depicts the kind of heroism that begins first and foremost when one is willing to give up the privileges and aspirations in order to do what is right.
TDK has a lot of misgivings in this area, and a couple of indecisiveness. Iron Man has only begun to venture into that kind of heroism.

Thanks and more power! Greetings to all!

Best Actor: Heath Ledger
- he hands down gives the best performance

Best Actress: Selma Blair
- I am in love with the Hellboy movies and whenever she calls him Red I want to take her right there :)

Best Director: John Favreau
- he essentially took a traditionally B-List character and made it one of the highest grossing comic book films ever, plus the movie is amazing.

Best Writer: Chris Nolan/David Goyer
- was a fantastic sequel, which is always difficult to do, kept the pace and mood of the film constant throughout and portrayed the characters in a very honest way

Worst Ator: Nic Cage
- i [frick]ing hate nic cage, ghost rider was butchered because of him

Worst Actress: Kate Bosworth
- read Trgger Mok's comment, I feel the exact same way

Best Marvel Movie: Iron Man
- spiderman 2 and incredible hulk would tie for second, but Iron Man takes the win. RDJ IS Tony Stark.

Best DC Movie: Watchmen (Ultimate Cut)
- with the addition of the extra scenes, the Black Freighter and the Under the Hood mockumentary, this ultimate cut (whenever it comes out) is going to be the pride of my movie collection

Worst Movie: Catwoman
- come on... Superman Returns is a close second

Best Adapted Character: Norman Osborn/Charles Xavier
- both of these actors personify the characters perfectly. In any new movies I would want both to return for fear of feeling like it wasnt the characters true self

Best Original Movie: Unbreakable
- i LOVE this movie, and Bruce Willis kicks so much ass

Basically I agree a lot with Trgger Mok :)

Best Actor: Hugh Jackman- he rapidly grew from new guy in Hollywood to one of the most recognized action heroes in five years. he also makes me sympathize with his character and his difficulties. even if thos problems aren't exactly true to the comics.

Best Actress: Liv Tyler- she has always has been a great actress in her own right and she provided an excellent portrayal of Betty Ross in the Incredible Hulk compared to the rest of the list.

Best Director: Christopher Nolan- this man is the guy that turned comic based movies into an art form. he revitalized a franchise long thought dead because of the bat-nipples. i take my hat off to you Mr. Nolan.

Best Writer: Jon Favereau- it is one thing to write a good movie. it is typical to watch an AWEsome movie. but to take a character out of obscurity and into the limelight without being overdramatic is a feat. especiall if that character is Iron Man.

Worst Actor: Vinnie Jones- i have nothing against this guy. i thought he was great as Juggy. but he was the worst out of the list given. nuff said.

Worst Actress: Halle Berry- what can i say? she was anything but purrrfect. corny? yes. miscast? yes. melodramatic? HECK yes!

Best Marvel Movie: Iron Man- this movie even blew Spider-man 2 out of the water. which surprised the crap out of me! of course if X2 was on the list i woulda voted that.....

Best DC Movie: The Dark Knight- DUH.

Best Movie: The dark Knight- DUH.

Best Adapted Character: Joker- in cinema history, the joker has been around for four decades. and each interpretation has been original. but not hitting the mark. Heath Ledger changed that. what we all originally thought as miscast was actually perfect! who else could play an insane maniacal schizophrenic punk genius?

Best Original Movie: Unbreakable- what if heroes were real? for every action there is a reaction. and this movie not only freaked me out, it intrigued me to the idea that not all heroes are in comics.
