Is that a fanfiction? I mean the writing is okay but it's the exact origin from the 2012 show!
I don't say that's a bad origin at all but every new iteration of the characters gave us a new origin story with at least some change (Hamato Yoshi being the one to buy the turtles in the 2012 show, the accident of the original comics, the weird scientific/reincarnation stuff from the IDW comics) so I'm pretty surprised here since the only difference with the 2012 show origin story scene is... that they are in their bed. I don't attempt to be mean or anything, but it's more like "TMNT 2012, the novel" right now.

@Osborn If you watch the show, then read this, it's quite a bit different. The timeline, I put quite a bit more detail into Splinter's past, I haven't involved the Kraang yet, and more.
