I personally think that Batman is the hardest Character in the DC Universe to Fancast but here is mine with a brief story outline.
This is the first installment of seven films. Like Burton's Batman we are already expected to know Batman's origin. He is already an established hero in Gotham City and so are some of his villains(so that when penguin or two-face's first crime is committed Vicki Vale can say something like could this be the infamous Deadshot again?). Penguin is a mob boss with a pimped out umbrella instead of Burton's Penguin crap. Two-Face is a hard story to tell, Nolan did a good job of it and Burton didn't do one. I don't really like the acid story but it would have to be different to Nolan's fire. Penguin and Two-Face can be having turf wars with all of their henchmen murdering, stealing and committing various other crimes around the city. Clayface is working for Penguin and he goes around the city imitating Batman but killing instead of saving people. Clayface is about to kill Two-Face when Batman saves Two-Face and defeats Clayface when he turns around Two-Face is gone. Batman defeats a heap of henchmen then finally makes it through to Penguin and Two-Face who are trying to kill each other. Batman defeats Two-Face but it is too late, Penguin dies.
The Cast:
The second movie Batman: Redemption is about Batman redeeming himself to Gotham as the Hero that he is and is still to become. Riddler is sort of like jigsaw from saw. Batman has to solve the riddles in a certain amount of time or else people will die. Killer Croc is also loose in the city eating people. Riddler is trying to prove to Batman that he is the smarter one and Batman will always be a retarded baby compared to him. Batman figures out one of his riddles and goes to the place where people are being held captive, but when he gets there the captives are being eaten by Killer Croc. Batman battles Croc until Croc returns to the sewers. I won't give too much info on his love life in the movie but he is going out with Vicki Vale the news reporter. Batman realizes he needs help so he calls in Night wing(also an established hero by now) but he is busy so he tries Superman but he is busy too. Batman's last resort is Green Arrow so he goes to Coast City to see if he will help. It takes some convincing but he finally gets him to help and they go back to Gotham in the Batmobile. Arrow helps him defeat Croc and Batman thinks that maybe having a sidekick again wouldn't be so bad. Riddler in the meantime has set bombs all over Gotham. Batman has to solve the riddles to find out where they all are. When he and Alfred have solved all of the riddles he goes around Gotham defusing bombs. he didn't know that one was at Wayne Manor and it is destroyed. He rushes home to find that Alfred is okay. Batman then finds Riddler and defeats him as well.

The Cast:
In this movie Batman gets his sidekick Tim Drake as the new Robin. Joker and Harley Quinn are the main villains in this film. Joker puts Barbara Gordon who is Dick's girlfriend at the time so Nightwing also helps. Bruce is dumped by Vicki because she can't deal with all the stress and worrying.
The Cast:
Robin has become his own hero, Red Robin. So Batman is once again on his own. He has to defeat Mr Freeze who is Stealing money and Diamonds and Gold to fund research for his wife Nora, A crazy, phycopathic Victor Zsasz while also dealing with his new Girlfriend Selina Kyle or Catwoman.
The Cast:
In this film Batman goes up against Scarecrow and Ivy who are working together and in this movie he has Catwoman to help. In the end fight Catwoman goes up against Ivy and Batman goes up against Scarecrow.

In this movie Batman is completely on his own and is going up against Hush while minor villains such as Black Mask, Mad Hatter and Deadshot are also in the movie.

The seventh and final installment has Hugo strange becoming the new Warden at Arkham but soon after releasing all of the villains into Gotham. Batman needs all the help he can get so he calls in Red Robin, Nightwing, Catwoman and Green Arrow. Catwoman dies. Batman in the end thanks the other heroes for the help and returns to his part of the DC Universe with all his villains there once again.
