Everyone has been talking about how they would do a Batman Fancast but i have decided to take a different route. I am just going to talk the main charcters ..Robin, Batman and the main villain Poison Ivy.
First Up Robin or as i think he should be called..Red Robin
I got to admit..while i love Dick Grayson's character, his costume is rather campy for today standards. So honestly, I think it needs to change and personally i think they should use the Red Robin costume for that. If it was up to me i would make Dick Grayson round about 15-16 years old and make him at least trained in combat. I really think that Dick Grayson should be the main character and the film should be with his point of view but still keep Batman important. As for his back story i think it should be similar to his origins in the cartoons in the comics. His parents died in a circus accident and Tony Zucco is secretly the one responsible. That shouldn't be changed. While i think for the Batman reboot they should take a lot from Dick Grayson they should also add in a little mix of the other robins to make him a compelling character. This is how i would do Robin/Red Robin.
Who should play Him:
Joel Courtney is a fantastic actor. Personally i loved him in Super 8 and i think he would do a fantastic job as Robin/Red Robin. He is the right age for being Robin
Next Up is Batman
While i think that the focus should be on Robin for the Reboot, I do think that Batman should play a very important role in the story and should be a mentor figure for Batman. While i do want his back-story to be explored in this film, i do not think it should be the main focus as we have seen Batman/Bruce Wayne's back-story so many times it has gotten repetitive. So i would love less of an focus on his back-story. As for his Costume i would personally go with the Batman: Earth One Costume. This reason why i say this is because not only is it a fantastic looking costume for Batman but it would really work for live action. I want this Batman to be different from Christian Bale ( No growly voice) but still keeping what made the Nolan Batman great.
Who should play him:
Matt Bomer is a famous actor that would be a perfect actor for Bruce Wayne/Batman. While i am not a fan of all his work i still think he would do a great job as Batman
Next up is the main villain..Poison Ivy
I had a real conflict with this character. I wanted to go for either a really mystical approach or a more grounded and realistic approach to the character. I have decided to go with the more mystical approach (And less like the Nolan Films). Researcher Pamela Ivy is sent to the mysterious Tibet to uncover a mystery about a God in that region. In Tibet there was once a goddess who once ruled over nature and plants but got increasing angry at the humans treatment of nature and attack several villagers with her plants. Eventually a Man who had the mystical powers of a Man who had the powers of a Bat (One of Wayne's ancestor who drank a mystical powers than temporarily gained him the powers of a Batman and manged to use a mystical item to sealed the goddess). Pamela discovered her tomb and managed to open it but also broke her seal free. She killed all of Pamela's team expect from her. The Goddess decided to posses Pamela's body because it was the most suitable host. Finding out that Wayne's Linage continued in the form of Bruce Wayne. Pamela under a new name Poison Ivy has decided to go to Gotham to end get revenge on the Waynes.
Who should Play her.

Oh my God. She is the perfect choice for the character. Not only is she very attractive but she is a great actress who could really pull of Poison Ivy well..
