In 1993, Superman, arguably the most powerful character in fiction, met his match with the newly created character, Doomsday. An bio-engineered killing machine, Doomsday was killed countless times and forced-evolved to survive and adapt to every attack. Possessing such raw power, he fought the Man of Steel to a near standstill, but the fight ended with both combatents meeting their ends, only to return. After each death, Doomsday cannot be killed the same way twice. He also possesses strength levels on par, if not surpassing, Superman's. He is truly a force to be reckoned with.
In another Universe not too far away, a quiet scientist named Bruce Banner is accidentally exposed to levels of Gamma Radiation that would kill any normal human being, but somehow, Bruce Banner survived the experience, but not without consequence. When met with a high heart rate and furious anger, Bruce Banner transforms into the Incredible Hulk, a green power-house capable of leaping miles and crushing anyone that gets in his way. In fact, the popular Marvel character Thor was created by Jack Kirby in an attempt to finally present the Hulk with a physical challenge. When first transformed, the Hulk possesses extreme strength. However, the angrier he gets, the stronger he gets.
Now, I pose to you the ultimate question: If these two characters were to meet and have an all out, fist to fist fight, who do you think would emerge the victor? The bone protruding killing machine Doomsday? Or the mean, green power house Hulk? Give your answers in the comment boards.
