9. PAUL DANO as Mad Hatter
Incredible actor. He's performance in all his movies I've seen is convincing enough that he'd make a perfect Mad Hatter for the DC cinematic universe.
8. LUCY LIU as Lady Shiva
One of DC Comic's most dangerous and elite fighter. I'm not sure if she's a full on villain because she's Cassandra Cain's mom. Lucy Liu is in her 40's like Ben Affleck so that makes sense. She also trains in a type of martial arts for knives, sticks and hand to hand combat as a hobbie.
7. JACK O'CONNELL as Anarky
I like the Anarky version in the, 'Batman: Origins', video game. Jack is a young actor and his acting is really good too. He's not well known, but he has some of the best performance in some of the best movies I've seen.
6. KATE NAUTA as Copperhead
I also like the female version of Copperhead in the, 'Batman: Origins'. Batman already has many iconic male characters, so why not just stick with a female version if Copperhead ever makes it to a live action Batman movie. Kate Nauta would be a good cast choice.
5. TOBY KEBBELL as Solomon Grundy
I'm a big fan of Grundy. If I was to choose any DC character to appear on the big screen in a live action movie I'd choose Grundy. If Grundy ever makes it in a Batman movie, I want the movie to explore his origin, and even as a monster I want some depth in the character and not just a mindless super zombie. I also want a cgi Grundy, like what they did with hulk. Toby has already proven he can play a cgi monster with a heart very well as Duraton in, Warcraft.
4. MICHAEL MANDO as Victor Zsasz

If you've played, FAR CRY 3, then you're familiar with this guy. I'm not a big fan of the game but my God the character Vaas (The guy in the photo above is the exact character I'm talking about) was the best thing in the game. I have to be honest I haven't seen any of his movies but because of his acting in that video game left a mark on me, he really is suitable for the role. If you've never heard of him, go on YouTube and watch, FAR CRY Experience episode 1 to 4, then watch his Far Cry torture show (Do not watch if you're a faint heartedly person or under 18). The guy is an incredible actor and would be awesome as Zsasz.
3. JIM CAVIEZEL as Dr. Kirk Langstrom aka Man-Bat
I like this actor, he's really good and I've only seen him in two movies. Once he played a soldier in, ''The Thin Red Line', second is he played Jesus in, ' The Passion of Christ. He'd make a good doctor Kirk, as for the Man Bat,...he's got the acting on lock so the pressure is on the cgi crew.
2. GHASSAN MASSOUD as Ra's al Ghul
I'm not sure what Ra's nationality is, but I believe he was born in the middle east. So as much as I love Liam's take on the role in, 'Batman Begins', I'd like to see a middle eastern actor in the role. I know Ra's has a fluent English accent but it'll also be cool if they gave Ra's the middle eastern accent. It's cool that DC's superheroes in their Cinematic universe are not all white and from America. Anyway this actor is not well known, but he played Saladin in, ' The Kingdom of Heaven', his acting is great.
1. JOAQUIN PHOENIX as Dr. Jonathan Crane aka Scarecrow
I seriously don't need to say anything about this cast choice. We all know who Joaquin is and we all know he's a really great actor. Look in his eyes, can you feel fear? He'd be the perfect Scarecrow!!
