Before the cast, I'd like to say 2 things. First, I chose to forgo my usual Producer section due to the fact it's Marvel Studio related, basically any Producers would be the standard Marvel/Disney Crew. Second, I know there will be a few choices that will immediately kill the cast for anybody, I understand that but out of any and all respect for Fan Casting, I'd appreciate it if you looked over the entire cast and gave an opinion on the cast itself as a whole, instead of stopping at the first "Bad/Wrong" choice you come across. That said, I hope you enjoy the cast.

On a Budget of $140 Million, "Iron Man" released in summer of 2008. It began the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it's final Total in the Domestic Market was: $318,412,101. It's Foreign Market raked in: $266,762,121. Together it grossed a worldwide amount of: $585,174,222.

A trend continued with the film's sequel, "Iron Man 2", this time on a $200 Million budget Iron Man saw the success of a Domestic Total of $312,433,331. It's Foreign box office had accumulated $311,500,000. Combined together for a worldwide total of $623,933,331.

The Later Release of {Universal Studios and} Marvel Studio's "Incredible Hulk" also saw similar success. Budgeted for $150 Million It garnered: $134,806,913 In the Domestic Box Office, combined with a foreign box office total of: $128,620,638 for a world wide total of $263,427,551. Despite being low numbers it was profit, profit that Marvel has enjoyed.

Marvel's "Thor" changed things up a bit being the first of the Marvel Films to have a higher foreign Box Office than Domestic, respectively seeing the Foreign market at: $268,295,994. The Domestic Market was: $181,030,624 with a worldwide total of: $449,326,618.

Marvel's First Son, Captain America soared high on Both Markets, working on a budget of $140 Million, "Captain America The First Avenger" saw Nearly Equal success on both  Foreign and Domestic Markets. The Foreign market fairing slightly better with: $193,915,269. Domestic Box Office pulled in a very enjoyable: $176,654,505. A relatively small window of roughly $18 Million. Together Garnering the world wide total of: $370,569,774.

On a $220 Million budget, Marvel Studios produced and released the Box Office Juggernaut that is "The Avengers" becoming one of the Highest grossing films of all time, with a world wide total of $1.5 Billion, Scaled from the surprisingly high domestic total of $623,357,910 on top of a $895,237,000 Foreign Total.

These numbers are daunting. But they are also evidence of something very important, the Marvel style of comic book movies are not only profitable, they are practically unstoppable. Marvel's name has Proven to be a industrial juggernaut.

This brings me to the Sony/Marvel Deal. It's a hard deal to go through, both Studios obviously want to be top dog. Profit is the name of the Game, and that's what both studios are wanting. Sony wants to be the top dog cause they own Spider-Man, plain and simple. Marvel wants Spidey back because he is the prodigal son.

What they need is a fair deal, something that plays to both sides of the coin. A new Spider-Man Movie is inevitable, and at this point we all want Spider-Man in the loving arms of Marvel. We want to See Spidey fight Iron Man in a battle of witty comments.

Here is the Deal I've structured on the off set chance Either companies' lawyers one a whim happen upon this page:

Spider-Man is a lucrative property. People love him, he's also a cash flow juggernaut the like of Iron Man. Sony has the rights and that's fair. This deal is reaching a bargaining agreement. Sony Gets the Domestic Box Office Total of each Spider-Man in exchange they only front half the Money on a mutually agreed budget, set by the producers. Marvel Studios get's the Foreign Box Office, with Marvel and Sony sharing Logo's on each side to show a testament of good faith. So say we have a $180 Million Budget, each company throws in $90 Million from their producers. While Sony has creative control over the  Direction, Marvel Gets choice of Crew in terms of Screenwriters and Directors. This allows proper management so that Sony can continue the direction, and Marvel is able to have someone working on the movies they trust to produce a good Quality Script. Obviously Kevin Feige would have to approve the script.

With Them Co-Financing, this also makes the Idea of a Spider-Man in the Avengers, same actor, Just Marvel would have to pay Sony a Sizable rental fee for the use of the Character (something like $1-$3 Million because anymore is way too ridiculous to even consider).

In that, the only way the Avengers would really even get involved in Spider-Man's World, would be in an Avengers Movie, for the most Part Spider-Man, except for a "Hint Hint, Nudge Nudge" references, would be solo. But seeing Marvel being the way it is, it needs some tangibility in it's use of Spider-Man, it need's a character to connect it's Cinematic Universe to that way we can know where it's set and keep the relationship together.

So I propose they go in together and do a T.V. Series, this one not about Peter Parker but the Rising Star in Marvel... Miles Morales. Allowing him to be in a fully functional T.V. Series about him as Spider-Man in the MCU allows for some joint operating on both sides. Miles is the heavy Marvel part. Sony and Marvel would again put up half the Cash, Each would get an Executive Producer to be the show runner, In The Domestic setting, the series would air on ABC Family, same night or same time slot on a different day as Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.  In Foreign markets it can run on a Sony Owned Network, just because Sony has more foreign markets available than they do American.

As Far as Merchandise go, Since Sony is giving up some Spider-Man Movie Money, Marvel would have to give Sony the Full some of any Merchandise produced from any Spider-Man Solo film or the T.V. Show. Marvel keeps their money from Ultimate Spider-Man and Spider-Man Comic Book Related Games, but as far as the Movie, or the T.V. Show are concerned that would be owed to Sony.

It's a fair Deal between the two parties, Each stand to gain just as much as the other without losing face. Fans would surely benefit from this as they get the best of Both worlds in this entire venture.

Production Designer: a production designer or P.D is the person responsible for the overall look of a filmed event such as films, TV programs, video games, music videos or adverts. Production designers have one of the key creative roles in the creation of motion pictures and television. Working directly with the director and producer, they must select the settings and style to visually tell the story.

Scott Chambliss [Notable Works: Star Trek, Salt, Alias]: Scott is a fantastic Designer, his work is very big and very dynamic. He's got the talent, the edge, and the overall vision to really give us a wonderful looking Spider-Man Universe.

Costume Designer: A costume designer is a person who designs costumes for a film or stage production. The role of the costume designer is to create the characters and balance the scenes with texture and color, etc. The costume designer works alongside the director, scenic, lighting designer, sound designer, and other creative personnel. The costume designer may also collaborate with hair stylist, wig master, or makeup artist. In European theatre, the role is different, as the theatre designer usually designs both costume and scenic elements.

Sammy Sheldon Differ [Notable Works: V For Vendetta, X-Men First Class, Kick-Ass]: She gave the X-Men the 60's Uniform. She was able to lift some of the outfits from the Kick-Ass Comics into the Films. Her work has been consistently stellar, taking the original comic book uniforms of the X-Men and transitioning them into neat, well together and very subliminally individual in tone. There's no doubt in my mind that she could perfectly design the Characters of the Spider-Man Universe, let alone the perfect Spider-Man Uniform.

Director of Photography: A cinematographer (usually credited with the title director of photography, or DP) is the chief over the camera and lighting crews working on a film and responsible for achieving artistic and technical decisions related to the image. The study and practice of this field is referred to as cinematography.

Trent Opaloch [Notable Works: Captain America The Winter Soldier, District 9, Elysium]: Trent is spectacular as a D.P. His work on Captain America has a wonderful sense of tone in it. He's got the right type of view for a hero, he could certainly do well with Spider-Man.

Film Editor: Film editing is part of the creative post-production process of filmmaking. The term film editing is derived from the traditional process of working with film, but now it increasingly involves the use of digital technology.

Eddie Hamilton [Notable Works: Kick Ass, X-Men First Class, Kingsmen: Secret Service]: Eddie is wonderful at taking fast pace action and teen drama and mix them together.  His work on X-Men First Class is absolutely astonishing in pacing and in design.

Composer: A film score (also sometimes called film music, background music, or incidental music) is original music written specifically to accompany a film. The score forms part of the film's soundtrack, which also usually includes dialogue and sound effects, and comprises a number of orchestral, instrumental or choral pieces called cues which are timed to begin and end at specific points during the film in order to enhance the dramatic narrative and the emotional impact of the scene in question.

Henry Jackman [Notable Works: Kick Ass, X-Men First Class, Captain America The Winter Soldier]:  His music is fantastic. It's uplifting, personal, and very characterized. Kick-Ass' score felt like a Spider-Man Score. Henry is a wonderful composer. He could definitely harness the sound of Spider-Man. Working with other Marvel Movies, it helps enhance the amount of sensation and wonder he could inject from the Marvel Cinematic Universe into a Spider-Man Film.

Screenplay: A screenplay or script is a written work by screenwriters for a film, video game or television program. These screenplays can be original works or adaptations from existing pieces of writing. In them, the movement, actions, expression, and dialogues of the characters are also narrated. A play for television is also known as a teleplay.

Zack Stenz & Ashley Miller [Notable Works {As a Team}: Terminator The Sarah Conner Chronicles, Fringe, Thor]: They are great writers, they certainly have wonderful characterization and they get the characters they're writing. They have a sense about them that is just wonderful comic book-y yet not cartoonish or inhuman. They are certainly the right guys for Spider-Man.

Director: Directors are responsible for overseeing creative aspects of a film under the overall control of the film producer. They often develop the vision for a film and carry out the vision, deciding how the film should look, in other words they make their vision come to life. They are responsible for turning the script into a sequence of shots. They also direct what tone it should have and what an audience should gain from the cinematic experience. Film directors are responsible for deciding camera angles, lens effects and lighting with the help of the cinematographer and set design with the production designer. They will often take part in hiring the cast and key crew members. They coordinate the actors' moves, or blocking and also may be involved in the writing, financing and editing of a film.

David Yates [Notable Works: Harry Potter {Franchise}, Tarzan, Tyrant]: I actually really like David's work. He did wonderful with Harry Potter, it shows he can handle the heavy Effects movies, while also being able to hold a film that evolves it's characters and it's story. He would certainly be perfect job for a College age Spider-Man Movie.

Aunt May [Height: 5' 5", Age: 60's]: May and Ben Parker took in their nephew Peter after the death of his parents and raised him. Ben immediately took to the role of the boy's father but May was at first reluctant. She still remembered her parents blaming her own birth for the destruction of their marriage, and she was afraid that Peter might signal the end of her own marriage.. After Ben's death, life became a struggle with money problems and Peter did his best to help.

Sissy Spacek [Height: 5' 2", Age: 65, Notable Works: Carrie, Coal Miner's Daughter, The Help]: She is a wonderful actress. She has had such a strange and unique career. She's grown and Evolved herself. She has the talent and the spirit of a loving mother. She would be a perfect Aunt May.

Uncle Ben [Height: 5' 9", Age: 60's]: Ben Parker was born in Brooklyn, New York. He trained to be a military police officer. He spent time as a singer in a band. He had known his future wife May Reilly since their high school days, but she in turn was naively interested in a boy who was involved in criminal activities. When he came to her one night and proposed to her on the spot, Ben was there to expose him as a murderer, and to comfort the heart-broken May when the boy was arrested. Their relationship evolved into love, and they enjoyed a happily married life. When Ben's younger brother Richard Parker and his wife Mary were killed in a plane crash, Ben and May took in their orphaned son Peter and raised him as their own.

William H Macy [Height: 5' 9", Age: 64, Notable Works: Fargo, Shameless, Wild Hogs]: William is best known as the nicest guy in Hollywood. He's played such uplifting and good people, that he is certainly a person who could carry a role like Uncle Ben with a sense geniune affection. He would be an absolutely wonderful Ben.

Peter Parker/Spider-Man [Height: 5' 10", Age: 20's]: A Spider-Man who's been active for roughly 5-10 years having possibly started at age 15 {As in the Original Stan Lee/Steve Ditko Run} now in his 20's, either in college and working for the Bugle, or Working as a high school science teacher and as freelancer at the Bugle.

Daniel Radcliffe [Height: 5' 5", Age: 25, Notable Works:  Harry Potter {Franchise}, Horns, What If {Released Internationally as "The F Word"}]: Daniel is a pretty damn good actor. He's risen to fame via Harry Potter and has since chosen roles that has been of artistic nature. But He can play a hero, he can give a strong performance, and he's a perfect age to play a College aged or 20 year old "adult" Spider-Man. He's given a great deal of quality performances, and his name is a good Box Office Draw, the Novelty alone of "Harry Potter is Spider-Man!" Would draw in a huge crowd and garner a lot of media attention. If his accent is a problem to you, check out this clip of his performance in Horns, showcasing a flawless American Accent: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B6Oo3mNgF2o

Mary Jane Watson [Height: 5' 8", Age: 20's]: After her mother Madeline left Philip, the Watson women stayed with various relatives. One such relative that MJ was particularly fond of was her Aunt Anna, living in Queens, New York. On the night of Ben Parker's murder, MJ spotted a frantic Peter running into his house with Spider-Man emerging from an upstairs windows only moments later. At this she deduced that Peter Parker and Spider-Man were one and the same. Confused by the emotions set off by the discovery, she chose to keep this information to herself. Dreaming of a career in either Broadway or film, MJ starred in high school productions such as Juliet in Romeo and Juliet, as Blanche DuBois in A Streetcar Named Desire and in other various plays and productions.

Rachel Hurd-Wood [Height: 5' 7", Age: 23, Notable Works: Peter Pan, Solomon Kane, Dorian Gray]: She's by far one of the most beautiful actresses I've ever seen. She's beautiful, and she's actually talented and strong when it comes to performing. She's a great actress who could really put the emotional depth and heart into Mary Jane. She could take the character to the heights everyone wanted to see out for Dunst.

Gwen Stacy [Height: 5' 7", Age: 20's]: Peter Parker met Gwen while they were undergraduates at Empire State University. Initially, Peter's problems as Spider-Man made him ignore her advances, and in return, she felt insulted by his aloofness. Gradually, however, a romance developed. Gwen, a science major, seemed to appreciate Peter's intellectual personality, different from that of jocks like Flash Thompson and preppies like Harry Osborn. She was Peter Parker's first true love.

Eliza Taylor [Height 5' 5", Age: 25, Notable Works: The November Man, The 100, Patrick]: She is a wonderful actress. She's got talent and it's shining, she has a real sense about her that makes her a wonderful choice for the role of Gwen. She has a wonderful look about her that gives her the look of the character.

Eugene "Flash" Thompson/Agent Venom [Height: 6' 2", Age: 20's]: He is a star high school football player who mercilessly bullies classmate Peter Parker but greatly admires Spider-Man, an irony in which the superhero takes some gratification. After graduation, he joins the United States Army and is haunted by his combat experiences, leading to alcoholism. After losing both of his legs in the war, he was bound to the Venom Symbiote and became Agent Venom, an anti-hero and the first to control the organism.

Liam Hemsworth [Height: 6' 3", Age: 24, Notable Works: The Hunger Games {Franchise}, Paranoia, The Last Song]: Liam is a wonderful actor. Both RoadDogg and I had come to him independently and both saw wonderful qualities that make him perfect for Agent Venom. He has the look, the voice and the demeanor of Flash Thompson.

Felicia Hardy/Black Cat [Height: 5' 10", Age: 20's]: Felicia Hardy was trained by her father (a world-renowned cat burglar) to become a great athlete. After a traumatic experience as a college freshman, Felicia trained herself to become highly skilled and an expert of martial arts and acrobatics. When her father was imprisoned, she decided to follow in his footsteps and use her abilities to become The Black Cat. In the first night of her costumed identity she encountered the lone hero Spider-Man. She felt as if she could trust him and changed sides so he could trust her too. They developed a relationship where Black Cat and Spider-man mutually loved one another. After they broke up, they remain as lovers from time to time. Black Cat was an ally of the arachnid hero and helped him whenever needed. Formerly a heroine, she used to get stolen rewards from the good actions she makes.

Evan Rachel Wood [Height: 5' 6", Age: 27, Notable Works: The Wrestler, Ides of March, Thirteen]: With a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, and a long career of strong performance both of Fun Movies and Dramatic oscar worthy roles, She has shown a lot of talent at a young age. She has a strong sense about her and would certainly be a perfect for the role of Black Cat.

Liz Allen [Height: 5' 9", Age: 20's]: Initially, Peter liked Liz. However, she was Flash Thompson's girlfriend and initially considered Peter Parker something of a loser, even taking part in the general ridicule that Pete endured on a daily basis. She was flighty and rather thoughtless - not outright cruel, but lacking the empathy necessary to detect Peter's good points. At one point, paradoxically, she developed a crush on Spider-Man, blowing off both Flash Thompson and Peter Parker because she believed the costumed hero would call her. Liz dated and later married Harry Osborn, whom she met at Betty Brant's wedding to Ned Leeds, becoming Liz Allan Osborn. The couple had a son, Normie Osborn. Their family history turned tragic, however, after Harry Osborn followed in his father's footsteps becoming the Green Goblin and later died.

Emily Kinney [Height: 5' 5", Age: 29, Notable Works: It's Complicated, The Walking Dead, Concussion]: A wonderful actress she has given strong and consistent performances over her career. Her character's leaving in the Walking Dead was not favored by fans, as her performances was considered the bright spot of the series. She has the talent and heart to really play this character as she should be.

Harry Osborn/Green  Goblin II [Height: 5' 10", Age: 20's]: Harold "Harry" Osborn was the son of wealthy industrialist Norman Osborn. He went to the same college as Peter Parker. They were roommates for a time, during which Harry encountered occasional problems with drugs. When his father died, Harry found the body and removed the costume. During this time, he dated Mary Jane Watson, but she broke off the relationship after Harry became more and more unstable due to his father's death. After learning that Peter was Spider-Man, he donned his father's costume and proclaimed himself the Green Goblin. He destroyed their apartment, and kidnapped their friends Mary Jane, Eugene "Flash" Thompson and May Parker. When he was defeated by Spider-Man, he told everyone that Peter was really Spider-Man before being taken away, but this was dismissed as the ravings of a madman. He was taken to a medical institution and was released, suffering from amnesia, forgetting Spider-Man's identity and both his and his father's roles as the Green Goblin.

Steven R McQueen [Height: 6' 0", Age: 26, Notable Works: The Vampire Diaries, Minutemen, Pirahana 3D]: Steven is a strong actor, he's got a sense of fun and humor to him that really makes him an odd but fitting choice for a more physical version of Harry. I think his work on Vampire Diaries shows he capable of going deep and have fun doing it. He might not be able to play the Goblin but he could certainly play Harry.

J. Jonah Jameson [Height: 5' 11", Age: 50's]: Eventually Jameson purchased then financially floundering Daily Bugle, with money obtained from his personal assets and large inheritance. Hence, the Bugle was now owned by Jameson's own company, Jameson Publications. Jameson served as the newspaper's publisher and editor in chief, and revitalized the photograph-dominated tabloid format. In 1968 Jameson's company purchased the Goodman Building on 39th Street and Second Avenue in Manhattan and moved its entire editorial and publishing facilities there. The building became known as the Daily Bugle Building. Jameson's wife Joan died at some point under unrevealed circumstances. She and her husband had only one child, John, who became an astronaut for NASA.

Jon Hamm [Height: 6' 2", Age: 43, Notable Works: Mad Men, The Day The Earth Stood Still, 30 Rock]: Jon is a great actor, and he is cast to death. He's perfectly happy not being a Superhero. He's a great actor and he has done humor and serious drama. He's got proper comical aspects and he has a good voice that could make him a wonderful Jameson.

Joseph "Robbie" Robertson [Height: 6' 1", Age: 50's]: Joseph "Robbie" Robertson worked the Daily Bugle years before Peter Parker's employment, and is seen often arguing with J. Jonah Jameson (as Ben Urich sides with Robbie). He argues with  Jameson over Spider-Man, often claiming the vigilante as a hero.

Lennie James [Height: 5' 9", Age: 49, Notable Works: Jericho, Columbiana, Lockout]: Lennie is an awesome actor. I love is work, it's fun, it's deep, it's pretty much what the performance needs of him. He's got a great set of skills as an actor to play Robbie.

Betty Brant [Height: 5' 7", Age: 30's]: Betty Brant is the secretary of J. Jonah Jameson at the Daily Bugle. Initially she worked herself up into a rage while trying to build the Bugle's website. Fortunately Peter Parker took over from her and got his job at the Bugle as a webdesigner. She eventually graduated to the role of an investigative reporter.

Alexis Bledel [Height: 5' 7", Age: 33, Notable Works: Sin City, Gilmore Girls, Violet & Daisy]: Alexis has grown as an actress. She's done strong in her performances both in indie films, big budget movies, and in basic t.v. series. She has a bright future as an actress and would certainly take this role with a sense of ernesty and maturity that it deserves.

Gloria Grant [Height: 5' 8", Age: 30's]: Gloria Grant was seen for the first time when she met Peter Parker and Flash Thompson. Parker had moved into a new apartment, and she was living down the hall. On seeing his camera she told him that fate had brought them together as she was a model and he a photographer. Soon after she met Mary Jane Watson, who had just returned from Hospital, and invited Peter to a Party at her apartment.

Kerry Washington [Height: 5' 4", Age: 37, Notable Works:  Django Unchained, Fantastic Four, Ray]: Kerry has really impressed me with her performances. She's grown as an actress and can really show that she is deserving of an Oscar. Her work in Django was amazing, and she could really spice this series up as Gloria Grant with a little more fun for her to have.

John Jameson [Height: 6' 2", Age: 20's-30's]: Colonel John Jameson, son of newspaper mogul J. Jonah Jameson, was one of the youngest applicants to ever be accepted into NASA's astronaut program. During his first mission, in which he was to orbit Earth, the Forward Guidance Package on Jameson's capsule broke off in space, which caused the craft to spin out of control and plummet back down toward earth. The fledgling adventurer, Spider-Man, who had just begun his career weeks earlier, managed to rescue Jameson by getting a replacement guidance module and attaching it to the falling capsule. John was then able to land the craft safely. This incident, which Jameson's father construed as a publicity stunt to upstage his son's accomplishment, provoked the one of elder Jameson's first editorial denouncements of Spider-Man.

Kellen Lutz [Height: 6' 1", Age: 29, Notable Works: The Expendables III, The Comeback, A Nightmare on Elm Street]: Kellen is an actor who has universally panned due to his part in Twilight. Performances in consistantly bad movies aren't helping. He's alright as an actor he's not leading man material but he has some talent that needs to be harnessed. I think he could be, but need a stepping stone, and John Jameson is a good stepping stone for him.

Dr. Ashley Kafka [Height: 5' 6", Age: 40's]: Ashley Kafka founded the Ravencroft Institute. While there she treated many criminally insane supervilains, including Electro, Vulture, Carnage, and Doctor Octopus.

Rachel Weiz [Height: 5' 7", Age: 44, Notable Works: The Bourne Legacy, The Mummy,  The Mummy Returns]: She's a great actress.  A lovely woman who can certainly play a wonderful Doctor. She would be perfect for it.

Eddie Brock/Toxin [Height: 6' 3", Age: 30's]: Brock is a journalist who exposes the identity of a serial killer only for the real killer to be caught by Spider-Man, Brock having accused the wrong man. Disgraced and suicidal, Brock comes into contact with an alien Symbiote, rejected by Peter Parker. The Symbiote bonds with Brock becoming Venom and together they seek out revenge against their mutual enemy. Though Brock repeatedly comes into conflict with Spider-Man, he also attempts to operate as a hero, albeit a violent one, seeking to save those he deems "innocent". In 2008, after being separated from the Venom Symbiote, Brock gains a new Symbiote and becomes the anti-hero Anti-Venom. However, that symbiote is sacrificed to help cure the "Spider-Island" epidemic during the 2011 storyline. In 2012 he is bonded to the Toxin symbiote. Though Brock is a human with no powers, the Symbiote suit bestows upon him a range of abilities including many of the powers belonging to Spider-Man, the Symbiote's original host.

Luke Evans [Height: 6' 0", Age: 35, Notable Works: Dracula Untold, Fast 7, The Hobbit The Battle of Five Armies]: Luke is a strong actor. He's a true leading man. Hes got a strong sense about him that makes him a key actor to go into this universe. I could have cast him as Morbius but that seemed like Type-casting. He works well in both Heroic and Villainous roles and I think that's a good reason to give him a role like Eddie Brock, He could certainly play this role perfectly.

Captain George Stacy [Height: 6' 1", Age: 70's]: Captain George Stacy was once a prominent member of the New York Police Department, who lived in Queens New York City, New York with his wife Helen Stacy and daughter Gwendolyn Stacy.

Scott Bakula [Height: 6' 0", Age: 60, Notable Works: Quantum Leap, Star Trek Enterprise, Looking]: Scott is so awesome as an actor. I am such a huge fan of his work with Quantum Leap and I thought he would be a perfect actor to play Captain Stacy. He would have such fun with it that it would be memorable.

Detective Jean DeWolff [Height: 5' 8", Age: 30's-40's]: The daughter of New York City police inspector Phillip DeWolff and his wife Celia, Jean DeWolff became a police detective herself, following in her father's footsteps. She worked her way up the ranks to become a captain, and became known for her love of 1930s-style clothing and cars. She met Spider-Man and they became allies. Jean felt an attraction towards Spider-Man, although she didn't tell him how she felt. Mentally insane, Jean's brother, Brian, became the costumed criminal known as the Wraith after the manipulations of his own father. The Wraith was eventually stopped by Spider-Man. Although Jean and Brian were close, this did not affect Jean's relationship with Spider-Man.

Cote De Pablo [Height: 5' 6", Age: 35, Notable Works: NCIS, The Jury, The Last Rites of Ransom Pride]: Cote is a fun actress. She's been looking for something new, and while DeWolff is familiar ground it gives her a wider road to take the character and she would absolutely rock the role!

Silver Sablinova/Silver Sable [Height: 5' 5", Age: 40's]: Silver's father was a Nazi hunter, considered to be the best in Europe, even working alongside James Howlett, simply known as the Canadian at the time. His wife was murdered when the home he shared with his wife and daughter was bombed. Silver begged her father to train her, so she could avenge her mother's murder, and though he tried his best to discourage her, he soon realized her potential, and she soon began joining him on hunts. After his death, she assumed command of the Wildpack, and became founder and owner of Silver Sable International.

Milla Jovovich [Height: 5' 9", Age: 39, Notable Works: The Fifth Element, Resident Evil {Franchise}, Zoolander]: I love Milla, what can I say, she does wonderful work whenever she performs and even if the movies are bad, she's good, or at least so bad she's good. She would be fantastic in a role like Silver Sable.

Dr. Curt Conners/The  Lizard [Height: 5' 11", Age: 50's]: Having lost his arm in an explosion while helping G.I.s, Curt Connors decided to create a formula to regrow his arm. He used the limb regrowth of reptiles as a model. However, the serum transformed him into the Lizard. After being stopped from sending his army of reptiles to conquer the world by Spider-Man he was tricked into drinking an antidote changing him back into Connors.

John Cusack [Height: 6' 2", Age: 48, Notable Works: Gross Point Blank, The Factory, Lee Daniels The Butler]: John is wonderful, He's so much fun as an actor and he really needs to do a comic book movie. He's so much fun and I think the experience would be enriching for him. It would really show the public a new side of John Cusack.

Dennis Carradine/The Burglar [Height: 5' 9", Age: 40's]: The Burglar breaks into it searching for the money, killing Ben Parker (Peter's uncle) when he tries to interfere. Fleeing the scene, the Burglar is chased by police to a warehouse where Spider-Man, wanting to avenge the death of his Uncle Ben, attacks and knocks out the Burglar. It is then that Spider-Man realizes that the man is the thief he had encountered earlier at the television station. The Burglar was later left to be captured by the authorities by Spider-Man, who, realizing he could have prevented Ben's death by simple humanitarian behavior in the earlier encounter, decided to use his powers more responsibly, never again ignoring a crime if he could help it.

Kirk Acevado [Height: 5' 10", Age: 43, Notable Works: The Walking Dead, Oz, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes]: Kirk has played such a$$holes in film, that this role felt perfectly fine for him. He's not an oscar winner, but he seemes like the perfect person to murder Ben Parker, and it would be fun to bring that character back.

Jefferson was now a man with sensible morals who strived to teach Miles the differences between right and wrong, and lead him down the correct path in life. Jefferson and his wife Rio were present at the lottery drawing for Miles' chance to enter the prestigious Brooklyn Visions Academy, and they were pleased when they discovered their son had been accepted as one of its attendants. Later, while searching for Miles, he bursted into his brother Aaron's home, which resulted in a dispute between the two siblings. Jefferson told Miles about his and Aaron's shared past as a thieves, and how he had worked tirelessly to find a better life for himself. Jefferson has displayed an open dislike of mutants, especially in the wake of Magneto's attack.

Shemar Moore [Height: 6' 1", Age: 44, Notable Works: Criminal Minds, Motives, The Brother]: A wonderful actor adept at playing cops. Shemar has grown a large fanbase and has been wanted for a comic book role for some time. I find this to be the perfect role for him, it certainly lets him tap into a new area of characterization and I think he would certainly play this role as written by Brian Michael Bendis.

Rio Morales [Height: N/A, Age: N/A]: Rio Morales was the mother of the second Spider-Man, Miles Morales. Unlike her husband, Jefferson, she was in favor of the new Spider-Man and super-heroes. Like her husband, Rio wanted the best for her son and hoped that his experience at Brooklyn Visions Academy would aid his future.

Alana Del La Garza [Height: 5' 9", Age: 38, Notable Works: Law and Order, Forever, Do No Harm]: A wonderful actress who has time and time again shown a wonderful range of talent. She's a classy actress that has really shown her marks in shows like Law and Order. I find her to be a fitting choice for Rio, both having similar ancestry, and Alana having some talent she is perfect for the role.

Kate Bishop [Height: N/A, Age: Teens]: Kate Bishop was a student at the Brooklyn Visions Academy, and classmate of Miles Morales. One year after Miles' mother died, Kate and Miles began dating. She was unaware that Miles was the new Spider-Man, although he cared about her enough to contemplate telling her about his secret identity. She was shown to have survived the events of Cataclysm, seen kissing Miles in a stairway. Miles revealed to her that he was Spider Man. After realizing he was telling the truth, she ran away from them. After watching Spider-Man fight the Green Goblin on the news, Katie goes to bed, her parents wishing her goodnight before all three say "Hail Hydra."

Stefanie Scott [Height: 5' 4", Age: 18, Notable Works: A.N.T. Farm, Frenemies, Wreck-It-Ralph]: She's a strong actor and has a great working relationship with Disney, She's got talent and this gives her a chance to not let it go to waste but still keeping inline with her Disney Contract. She is certainly perfect for the role.

Ganke Lee [Height: N/A, Age: N/A]: Ganke was the best friend of Miles Morales and the only person who Miles had shared his secret with. It was Ganke who figured out that Miles carried similar abilities to Spider-Man. He was first alerted of his friend's newfound powers when Miles came bursting into his room and explaining the events that transpired to give him such abilities. Thrilled at Miles's "cool" powers and making the initial assessment that he was a mutant, Ganke made suggestions that he should be a superhero and embrace his abilities; though Miles was much more reluctant to use his powers and wanted to ignore them in pursuit of a normal life. He later made the correct deduction that Miles's abilities were not a product of mutant DNA, but as a result of tampered genetics.

Ryan Potter [Height: 5' 5", Age: 19, Notable Works: Big Hero 6, Supah Ninjas, Senior Project]: He was beloved as Hiro in Big Hero 6, maybe now it's time for him to join the real Marvel Universe. He's a talented actor, and the role of Ganke is actually perfect for him to be more fun and dramatic with decent material, it flexes his muscles and that's a big plus.

Aaron Davis/The Prowler [Height: N/A, Age: 40's]: Aaron Davis was a burglar and career criminal. His brother used to be his partner in crime. Whereas his brother reformed when he became a father, Aaron continued his criminal activities as the Prowler and became estranged from his brother. While stealing technology from Osborn Industries under orders from Roxxon, a spider genetically enhanced with the Oz formula crawled into his bag and later bit Miles Morales, granting his nephew powers and turning him into the new Spider-Man.

Michael Jai White [Height: 6' 0",  Age: 47, Notable Works: Spawn, Arrow, Black Dynamite]: Michael has done roles like this before and has made his characters both compelling and nonredeemable. Michael certainly has the talent to make this character something bigger than he already is, and really delve deep to give us the essential take on this character.

Maximus Gargan/El  Scorpiono [Height: N/A, Age: 40's]: Maximus Gargan is on the FBI's Most Wanted list, having fled the country before a federal case could be brought up against him for accusations of murder, assault, and racketeering. Those who fear him call Maximus Gargan the Scorpion. In Mexico, Scorpion became a mob boss and worked with the Prowler. Seeking vengeance from Davis, who stole money from him, Scorpion traveled to New York in search of the Prowler. Upon arriving in New York City, he began to form a plot to become the city's new Kingpin of Crime. The Prowler discovered his nephew was the new Spider-Man and forced him to defeat the Scorpion in order not to tell his parents the truth.

Amaury Nolasco [Height: 5' 10", Age: 44, Notable Works: Max Payne, Transformers, Prison Break]: Amaury is a strong actor, he's got a sense about him that makes him work perfectly suited for this role. The real performance that brings Amaury into the perfect mindset for Maximus was his work in Prison Break, it showed perfectly well what he was capable of as an actor. He's got range, I'd love to see him use it.

.............DAAAAAAAAAANNNNGGGGG. I am impressed!!! I'd have to say among your cast, a few of my favorites are John Cusack as the Lizard, Dan Akroyd as the Tinkerer, and unexpectedly Hamm as JJJ. I especially applaud casting Akroyd as the Tinkerer--it'd be almost like him playing up the 'crazy inventor' aspects of Ray from Ghostbusters and turning them up to 11.

This is amazing, love it all especially the choices for Mysterio and Shocker, brilliant!

I would however, change the director to Matt Vaughn, I'm sure Yates would do an amazing job but his tone is a little darker than what I, personally, would want.

Also, I don't think Steven McQueen has the chops for a character as big as Harry Osborn, but it's still a fine choice.

Prime fancast!

I became a huge fan of Michael Pitt after watching Hannibal and I'd really like to see him in a comic book movie. He was my first choice for the Joker in the DC Movie Universe but Jared Leto is also a decent choice.

As for the fan cast, I think Pitt would be a better choice to play Cletus Kasady or a goblin (he'd be awesome as Phil Urich/Goblin Knight in particular). I would also consider William H Macy for an older Ben Urich but he's already casted in Daredevil, don't know if I'm alone there.

It would've been cool to see Paul Giamatti as Elijah Stern/Ultimate Tinkerer but he already played Rhino so he's probably not coming back for anything. I'm a fan of William Fichtner but I'd go for a more aged actor for Adrian Toomes. My top choice would be to have Robert Englund reprise his role from the cartoons because he would make a great live action Vulture. I'd put either Fichtner or Cillian Murphy as Alistair Smythe.

I disagree with having Michael Keaton as Norman Osborn and I think there are more fitting Marvel characters for Luke Evans. I've been joking that it would be hilarious if they rebooted Spider-Man and casted Deiter Laser as Dr. Kafka because of Dr. Kafka's mad scientist portrayal in TASM2 but, in all seriousness, I'm hoping that if there is a reboot that they go more comic book accurate and cast a female actress and make her a protagonist.

- Definitely agree with your mission statement. What would hurt Sony to share the Spider-Man rights with Marvel Studios? Same with 20th Century Fox.
- Great crew!
- Sissy Spacek as Aunt May, huh? Definitely a thumbs up!
- William H. Macy has the Ultimate Uncle Ben look, so I'll toast you on that!
- Nice Peter Parker choice!
- While I appreciate you got a lovely actress for MJ, I'm still hyperfocused on Renee Olstead. Search for clips of her on YouTube, you'll find some of her songs, including some great covers.
- Nothing wrong with searching through the CW to find some good casting choices! Never heard of Eliza Taylor, to be honest, but she looks good!
- Glad you gave me kudos when you cast Flash! Liam has that local-boy-makes-good look perfect for Flash.
- Evan would be dynamo as the Black Cat.
- I don't see Emily Kinney playing it vapid and comical.
- Eh, can't really see Steve McQueen Jr. as Harry Osborn. And I love that [frick]o.
- Jon Hamm would be great as JJJ if they went the Ultimate route and cast young.
- Glad you used my original Betty Brant choice.
- I think Gloria Grant is around Peter Parker's age, isn't she? I've no idea. Still appreciate Kerry though!
- I enjoyed Kellan in The Expendables III. He's definitely good fun.
- Interesting choice for Captain Stacy! Gotta get into NCIS: New Orleans soon!
- I'm not gonna give you crap for changing DeWolff's race. I heard good things about de Pablo. Better get into NCIS!
- Kinda surprised you didn't cast the Outlaws. I'm including them in my cast, but letting Aaron Davis be the Prowler. That aside, Milla would be great for Silver Sable. She has the accent circa Zoolander!
- Ooh, definitely got a soft spot for John Cusack playing the Lizard. Especially after The Raven.
- I too have Acevedo in my Spider-Man cast, but in a bigger role. Which I'm sure you'll know what it is!
- Oh, snap, I'm liking your Ezekial Simms choice!
- Great picks for the Smythe family!
- Fichner needs to bald up before playing the Vulture. But he'd be great though!
- Definitely loving your Carnage pick. And I'm definitely enjoying the From Dusk till Dawn TV series!
- You know, I can't see Terry Crews as Tombstone. I prefer someone a little grittier.
- I'm down with Michael Keaton as Norman Osborn.
- Ian McShane as Doc Ock? I'm sold!
- David would be great as Miles Warren. But would he op to do mo-cap for the Jackal?
- Nothing wrong with scouring the UFC area for Rhino. I forgot he was in Transporter 3. Unfortunately, that film stunk.
- As long as Randy would grow some hair on top, I wouldn't mind him as Sandman.
- Ah, Dan [frick]ing Akroyd! That guy rules! And he'd make a great Tinkerer!
- Just got into the new Dracula TV series. Stoked as hell! And Rhys-Meyers could be a ringer for Morlun!
- All good points for choosing Madden as Morbius!
- Great crew for the Spider-Man TV series!
- Hope you don't mind me using Coy as Miles Morales. Nice info about Spider-Man's live-action debut on The Electric Company!
- Nice picks for Miles' parents!
- Would we see Kate Bishop eventually become Lady Hawkeye in a future season of the Spider-Man season? Or are you sticking with the Ultimate templates. Either way, pretty ballsy going for a Disney actress! Then again, I have Olivia Holt as Batgirl (Stephanie Brown). So we're on equal wavelengths!
- Ryan may need to "bulk up" for Ganke. Nonetheless, I loved him a lot in Big Hero 6.
- Always great to see Michael Jai White's name pop up!
- Amaury Nosalco would be a treat playing a villain!

Once again, another smash cast! *****

TwistedKingdom

I think Spider-Man becoming a billion dollar franchise (and I mean each installment possibly making a billion apiece) won't come down to casting familiar names. I believe it'll take setting it apart from every other superhero franchise out there. The TASM series gave us emotional angst and turmoil but what CBM doesn't nowadays. X-Men, Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy.

If Sony or Marvel or whomever reboots it I believe the key is following Peter in high school and actually casting a teenager. Because Peter is just a kid under the mask. It's the "Harry Potter" appeal that no other franchise can offer. There aren't any teenage superheroes and Spider-Man can fill that void.
