ras is way more resourceful than you give him credit, if it was somebody that actually had powers id give it to them no problem but hawk eye doesn't really have anything to take ras down, even projectiles. ras is comparable to batman in skill, he could swat arrows out of the air for sure.

if it was a rematch id say surfer but magic > science like you said and if surfer doesn't know anything about the helmet then fate will take this
